Before participating in the Activity, please read carefully the present Terms of Participation (hereinafter referred to as “Activity Terms”), which are available through a dedicated link on SNAPPI’s website (https://www.snappibank.com) and are provided exclusively to individuals invited to participate in the Activity. If you do not accept the Activity Terms, you should not take part in the Activity.

RIGHTS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

  1. Participation in the Activity is strictly limited to natural persons who:
    a) are tax residents of Greece,
    b) have legally obtained a referral code to participate in the Activity, and
    c) are at least 18 years of age and possess full legal capacity.
  2. Participation in the Activity requires and implies unconditional acceptance of all present terms, even if they are amended in the future as described below, as well as acceptance of the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use of the website https://www.snappibank.com.
  3. Participants declare their participation by completing and submitting the designated electronic form, which will be available exclusively through a special link on the website https://www.snappibank.com and will not be accessible through public browsing, as the link is shared exclusively via email.
  4. Any participation that does not comply with these terms is considered invalid.
  5. The referral code is strictly personal, non-transferable, and not shareable. Any publication or use by third parties is strictly prohibited. SNAPPI reserves the right to verify the authenticity and lawful use of each code and to cancel participation in the event of a violation of this term.

DESCRIPTION AND CONTENT OF THE ACTIVITY

  1. The Purpose of the Activity is the pilot release of the “Snappi” application to a limited number of users, who were specifically invited for this purpose and received a corresponding referral code. The Activity also aims to identify any technical or operational areas for improvement, as well as to collect feedback and suggestions from participants, in order to optimally shape SNAPPI’s services before making them available to the wider public.
  2. To participate in the Activity, individuals must complete the participation form with their full name, email address, mobile phone number, nationality, and personal referral code.
  3. Participants will receive, at the email address provided, a notification inviting them to download the SNAPPI app from the App Store or Google Play, so they can follow the process provided through the app ("Digital Onboarding") in order to become customers of SNAPPI.
  4. Participants may not assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of any of the rights, privileges, or obligations arising from this Agreement.
  5. Each participant is required to provide in the participation form the same and accurate information as they will use during the Digital Onboarding process via the SNAPPI app. SNAPPI bears no responsibility in the event participants provide incorrect information (e.g., incorrect email address during submission of the participation request in the Activity).
  6. It is clarified that SNAPPI reserves the right to reject registration requests during the Digital Onboarding process if the terms and conditions it has set for new customer registration are not met, or if the participant does not accept the corresponding terms and conditions. Participants acknowledge that if they do not meet the criteria for registering as a new customer of SNAPPI according to the applicable regulatory framework and the terms set forth in the SNAPPI application, they will not be able to complete their registration in the digital application or may be required to contact SNAPPI and provide additional documents.

DURATION – STAGES OF THE ACTIVITY

  1. Submissions for participation will be accepted from 08/05 to 31/05 [until 11:59 p.m.]. Any participation submitted outside this specified time frame will be considered invalid and will not be considered.
  2. SNAPPI reserves the right to shorten or extend the duration of the Activity by amending the present terms with immediate effect. Such an amendment will take effect from the relevant announcement, which SNAPPI will communicate by any appropriate means, including by sending an email to the contact information provided by each participant for the purposes of the Activity.
  3. SNAPPI will, at a time it determines, even after the end of the Activity period, send instructions for the participant’s registration as a new customer. SNAPPI is not bound to a specific timeframe for when the Snappi application will become available, nor for when the Digital Onboarding process will be possible.
  4. At any time during the Activity, SNAPPI has the right to request confirmation of a participant's identity and/or the validity of their participation. In the event of non-compliance with these terms, SNAPPI may cancel the participant’s entry without further notice.
  5. In any case, participation may be canceled at any stage — even if the participant has already completed the Digital Onboarding — for the following reasons:
    (a) non-compliance with any of the present terms, all of which are considered essential,
    (b) submission of false or inaccurate information in the participation form or during the Digital Onboarding process,
    (c) inability to contact the participant in a timely manner for any reason,
    (d) failure to confirm the identity and age of the participant as required.

LIMITATION OF SNAPPI'S LIABILITY

  1. The use of the Snappi application within the framework of the Activity may involve limitations or technical instabilities, which are solely related to the fact that this is the initial release phase of the application and may affect the availability or performance of certain non-critical features. Snappi makes every reasonable effort to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the application.
  2. By submitting a participation request in the Activity, participants acknowledge and accept that:
  • The application, along with Snappi’s related systems, products, and services, is in a Pilot Phase and therefore not in full operational readiness, thus it may also exhibit limitations or deficiencies that could impact functionality and security, as well as Snappi’s ability to correct any arising errors. Accordingly, the use of the Snappi application is subject to potential technical or operational issues that may affect the performance or availability of specific features.
  • Snappi reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or restrict access to the application without prior notice, as part of the Pilot Phase.
  • Snappi bears no liability for compensation regarding any indirect or consequential damages arising from errors or temporary unavailability of the application during the pilot cycle, nor for any act or omission not due to willful misconduct or gross negligence.
  1. Given that during the Pilot Phase Snappi will continue to optimize its services, products, and the terms governing their operation, participants accept that contractual documents such as general terms of service, policies, and procedures disclosed during the Pilot Phase may be subject to modification prior to the official full-scale launch of Snappi.

SNAPPI bears no liability regarding the postponement or cancellation of part or all of the Activity at any stage.
