Pre-Contractual Information Regarding the Opening of a Deposit Account of a Natural Person
These Special Terms, which supplement and specify the General Terms and Conditions forming an integral part thereof, relate to the opening of a Deposit Account by the Customer (Section Β of the General Terms and Conditions). The Bank’s General Terms and Conditions, Pricing Schedule, Bank’s Fee Information Document, and Interest Rate Table, as amended from time to time, are available to the Customer at any time during the term of the agreement via the website www.snappibank.com.

Language of account statement: Greek or English, if the Parties so agree
2. FEES STATEMENT
As stated in the Pricing Schedule, posted on the Bank's website www.snappibank.com.
3. BENEFICIARY’S STATEMENTS
The Beneficiary hereby solemnly declares and accepts:
3.1 The provisions set out in these Special Terms, which form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions.
3.2 That the information provided to Snappi is accurate.
3.3 That they have read the General Terms and Conditions, the terms of which they understand and accept.
3.4 That they have read the content of the Bank’s Fee Information Document (Schedule I).
3.5 That they have been informed of the Bank’s participation in the Hellenic Deposit and Investment Guarantee Fund (TEKE), the coverage provided by TEKE, the applicable exclusions, the scope and amount of the coverage, as well as the currency in which compensation is paid (Annex II).
3.6 That they have been informed of the Bank's Security and Data Protection Policy.

SEPA Credit Transfer | The account provider transfers funds, on the instruction of the customer, from the customer’s account to another account within SEPA. |
