TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION
Snappi Bank S.A. (Krystalli 7A, Ioannina, TIN: 801858330, hereinafter referred to as “Snappi”), in the context of promoting its products and services, is organizing in cooperation with Vodafone (Tzavella 1–3, Halandri, TIN: 094349850, hereinafter “Vodafone”), the promotional activity described below (the “Promotion”).
The Promotion is addressed to existing and new subscribers of the Vodafone CU prepaid mobile telephony package (“Subscribers” and “Vodafone CU” respectively), in accordance with the following terms. Before participating in the Promotion, please read these Terms of Participation (the “Promotion Terms”) carefully. These Terms are also available at https://www.snappibank.com/el/vodafone-cu/. If you do not agree with the Promotion Terms, you should not participate in the Promotion.
A. ELIGIBILITY & CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
- Eligible to participate in the Promotion are individuals who cumulatively meet the following criteria and complete the steps listed below (“Eligible Participants”):
1.1. Have reached 18 years of age
1.2. Are tax residents of Greece and have full legal capacity
1.3. Are Vodafone CU Subscribers
1.4. Enter the specially designed section within the Vodafone CU app for the Promotion and request their unique code (the “Code”)
1.5. Register in the CU participation form available at https://www.snappibank.com/el/vodafone-cu/ by providing their personal details (full name, mobile number, and email address) along with the Code
1.6. Download the Snappi mobile application
1.7. Successfully complete their registration in the Snappi app (i.e., complete the Digital Onboarding process, which includes verification of personal details and compliance with all requirements set forth in Snappi’s Terms & Conditions of Transactions) within five (5) days (see also term B.4) or within any other time period communicated by Snappi.
- The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the Promotion and will not be considered Eligible Participants:
2.1. Existing Snappi customers who have already acquired any Snappi product or service as of the date of registration (with the exception of the Youth Pass).
2.2. Individuals who have initiated the Digital Onboarding process but have failed to complete any required step (e.g., have not submitted required documentation).
2.3. Individuals unable to complete registration due to non-compliance with Snappi’s Terms & Conditions of Transactions.
2.4. Individuals who do not complete registration within the designated timeframe (see term B.4).
2.5. Individuals who have already participated in the Promotion.
- Participation in the Promotion implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms (even if amended in the future, as provided below), as well as Snappi’s Privacy Policy and Website Terms of Use at https://www.snappibank.com.
- Each person may participate only once.
- Any participation not complying with these Terms shall be deemed invalid.
B. DESCRIPTION OF THE PROMOTION & GIFT
- Snappi will grant €15 (the “Gift”) to each Eligible Participant (i.e., a Vodafone CU Subscriber meeting the criteria in Section A), by crediting the Eligible Participant’s Snappi account (wallet) immediately upon successful completion of registration. The Gift may be used for any transaction of the Eligible Participant’s choice, provided Snappi’s Terms & Conditions of Transactions are met.
- To obtain the Gift, the Subscriber must follow the instructions provided when receiving the Code. Specifically, by following the instructions within the specially designed section of the Vodafone CU app, the Subscriber will be redirected to a dedicated Snappi webpage, where they will be required to complete the CU participation form with their personal details (full name, phone number, email, Code) to receive further instructions to download the Snappi app from the App Store or Google Play and complete their registration.
- Before proceeding with registration, the Subscriber must accept these Promotion Terms, which will be available on the website. Failure to accept the Terms prevents the Subscriber from completing registration and, consequently, from participating in the Promotion.
- The Subscriber must complete their registration (i.e., open their Snappi bank account as a customer) within five (5) days from completing the CU participation form or within any other timeframe communicated, and always within the Promotion Duration set out in Section C.1 below. Otherwise, the Subscriber will not be deemed an Eligible Participant entitled to the Gift.
- Snappi reserves the right to modify the activation mechanism and redemption process of the Codes, by timely informing Subscribers either through an amendment of these Terms or via message (email, SMS, Viber) sent by Vodafone.
- Each Subscriber may receive only one Code, which is personal, non-transferable, and addressed exclusively to the individual Subscriber. Sharing or use of the Code by third parties is prohibited.

7.1. Vodafone, regarding issues, requests, or complaints related to receiving or using the Code, by calling 13830.
7.2. Snappi, exclusively for issues related to participation in the Promotion, completion of the CU participation form, or registration in the Snappi app (Digital Onboarding), at:

- In case of loss of the Code, Snappi bears no responsibility for replacement, cancellation, re-issuance, or other remedy, and no claims may be raised against Snappi.
- A Subscriber registering with Snappi without first completing the CU participation form will not be entitled to the Gift, even if they have received a Code. Likewise, a Subscriber registering with an invalid Code may complete their Snappi registration, but will not be entitled to the Gift.
C. DURATION
- Subscribers who receive a Code may participate in the Promotion by submitting the CU participation form and completing their registration in the Snappi app (including Digital Onboarding) within five (5) days of form submission, during the period from 15.09.2025 (00:01 Greece time) to 15.10.2025 (23:59 Greece time) (the “Promotion Duration”). Snappi reserves the right, but not the obligation, to alter the Promotion Duration by notifying Subscribers through announcements on its or Vodafone’s channels.
- Downloads of the app and/or registrations completed before or after the Promotion Duration will not qualify the Subscriber as an Eligible Participant, and the Gift cannot be granted. A Code not activated by the end of the Promotion Duration will be deactivated and cannot be used for the Gift.
D. RESTRICTIONS
- Participation in the Promotion does not automatically qualify Subscribers as Snappi customers. Subscribers acknowledge that if they do not meet Snappi’s General Terms & Conditions of Transactions for new customer registration under applicable regulatory requirements, they will not be able to complete their registration in the app or may be required to provide additional documents. Snappi reserves the right to reject applications during Digital Onboarding if requirements are not met, or to reject participation at any stage, including at the Gift award stage, if Subscribers fail to meet the Promotion Terms in full.
- Snappi also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject any Subscriber’s application for registration as a customer for any reason (e.g., if identity verification is not successfully completed, or if illegal or abusive use of the Code is suspected). Receipt or use of a Code by a Subscriber does not imply acceptance as an Eligible Participant or Snappi customer.
- In case of unavailability of the Gift, Snappi may offer alternative gifts of equal value, at its discretion. In cases of force majeure, security concerns, or other circumstances beyond Snappi’s control, Snappi may refrain from offering the Gift, in which case it will be released from any liability and will not be obliged to provide alternative gifts.
E. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING TERMS
- This section provides information on the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of the Promotion. Please also refer to Snappi’s Privacy Policy available on its website, which applies in addition to these Terms.
- Recipients of your data will be only authorized Snappi partners assisting in the implementation of the Promotion (e.g., cloud hosting provider, marketing provider, social media manager, etc.). Processing will be carried out exclusively for executing and implementing the Promotion and guiding you in obtaining the Gift. Personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Snappi applies all appropriate technical and organizational measures required by law to ensure adequate protection of participants’ data.
- Snappi processes the data you provide in the CU participation form for the purposes of (i) guiding your participation in the Promotion and obtaining/activating the Snappi app, and (ii) communication and updates related to the Promotion. (Legal basis: contract performance).
- Snappi processes data submitted directly by Subscribers via the dedicated webpage solely for the above purposes and does not share it with third parties, subject to Section E.2. Vodafone does not send personal data of its Subscribers to Snappi, and Snappi does not share personal data of those registering in the Snappi app with Vodafone.
- Participants’ personal data will be retained as follows: (a) if participants gain access to the Snappi app and successfully complete registration as Snappi customers, their data will be retained in accordance with the Privacy Policy accepted during Digital Onboarding; (b) if registration is not successfully completed, their data will be deleted after the Promotion Duration ends. If Digital Onboarding cannot be completed before the Promotion Duration ends, Snappi will retain the data submitted via the CU participation form solely to provide required updates for registration, and no later than 31/01/2026.
- Snappi is the Data Controller for participants’ personal data, processing only the data provided via the CU participation form.
- Each Subscriber has the right to access, information, correction, and objection to further processing of their personal data, as provided under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679 and Law 4624/2019), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (1–3 Kifisias Ave., 115 23 Athens, Tel: +30 210 6475600, Email: contact@dpa.gr). For exercising their rights, participants may contact Snappi at dpo@snappibank.com.
- With your explicit consent, Snappi may send you news and updates. You may withdraw your consent at any time. If you opt to receive Snappi news and updates, we will retain the data you provided via the CU participation form for this purpose until consent is withdrawn. Your personal data will not be shared with third parties. Data Controller will remain Snappi. To withdraw your consent, you may contact Snappi at dpo@snappibank.com.
F. MISCELLANEOUS TERMS
- Snappi reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms, shorten or extend the Promotion Duration, or cancel the Promotion altogether, by prior announcement through any appropriate means, including its website https://www.snappibank.com/. Where appropriate, Subscribers may also be informed by Vodafone via email, SMS, Viber, or other channels. Snappi bears no liability for postponement or cancellation of the Promotion and is not obliged to provide the Gift in such cases, even if registration was completed prior to such changes.
- A participant wishing to withdraw from the Promotion may send an email to customer@snappibank.com with the subject “Request for Withdrawal from Snappi x Vodafone CU Promotion.” In such case, their participation will be cancelled, and their personal data deleted.
- Snappi bears no responsibility for incorrect or incomplete data provided by participants, or if participants do not meet the conditions to be registered as Snappi customers under the Digital Onboarding terms.
- Snappi bears no responsibility for (i) disruptions in participants’ network, hardware, or software, and/or (ii) malfunction of the app of any kind that may result in limited, delayed, or lost participation, or any other issue or damage.
- Snappi reserves the right to exclude any participant who has submitted false or inaccurate entries or personal information.
- If any term is deemed invalid, such partial invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining Terms.
- The Promotion Terms, as applicable, are governed by Greek law. Any disputes arising in connection with their interpretation or implementation shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens (Central Headquarters), concurrently with any other competent courts under applicable law.
