Contest Terms and Conditions: “Win 1 Double VIP Invitation for Morrissey – Release Athens Festival 2025”
1. Subject of the Contest
The company under the name Snappi Bank S.A., headquartered in Ioannina, at 7A Krystalli Street, Postal Code 45444, Greece (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”), is organizing a promotional activity – contest (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”) under the title “Win 1 Double VIP Invitation for Morrissey – Release Athens Festival 2025”, which will be conducted through the website www.snappibank.com.
2. Eligibility for Participation in the Contest
Eligible to participate in the Contest are individuals who are permanent residents of Greece and are adults, meaning over 18 years of age. Participation in the Contest requires and implies the unconditional acceptance of these terms by the participants. Before taking part in the Contest, please read carefully the present Terms and Conditions available on the website www.snappibank.com.
If you do not accept the Terms and Conditions, you must not participate in the Contest.
3. Exclusion of Participants
The following individuals are excluded from participating in the Contest: (a) employees of the Organizer and (b) first-degree relatives of the above employees, as well as the spouses of those employees. Disqualification may occur at any stage of the Contest, even during the prize delivery phase.
4. Duration of the Contest
The duration of the Contest is defined as the period from 07/07/2025 at 18:00 (hereinafter the “Start of the Contest”) until 13/07/2025 at 18:00 (hereinafter the “End of the Contest”). Any participation submitted outside this designated period shall be deemed invalid and will not be considered in the winner selection process.
5. How to Participate in the Contest
To participate in the Contest, entrants must first accept these Terms and Conditions, in accordance with the provisions of clauses 2 and 11 herein.
To enter the Contest, participants must register via the form published on the website www.snappibank.com.
Participation in the Contest requires that the entrant joins the Snappi waitlist. Each participant is entitled to one (1) entry in the draw.
Participants access the internet to take part in the Contest solely using their own means and at their own responsibility.
Offensive, insulting, or otherwise unlawful or inappropriate comments and content will not be accepted.
Each participant in the Contest guarantees that they will provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about themselves at the time of entry, and that they will update their information as necessary during the Contest. The Organizer bears no responsibility in the event that a participant provides false, incomplete, or misleading information. The Organizer reserves the right to delete and disqualify any entry if there is suspicion of a breach of these terms.
The above collectively define a valid entry into the Contest. No purchase of any products or services possibly offered by the Organizer is required to enter the Contest.
6. Gift
A draw will be conducted among all valid participants of the Contest, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The following will be selected:
One (1) winner will receive 1 double VIP ticket for the music festival “Morrissey – Release Athens Festival 2025”, which will take place on Wednesday, 16/07/2025, at Plateia Nerou (Faliro Olympic Complex).
The conditions, procedure, and terms for receiving the tickets are outlined in clause 9 below.
7. Winner Selection Process
After the Contest has ended and all valid entries have been counted, the winner will be selected through an electronic draw among all participants who meet the eligibility criteria.
One (1) electronic draw will take place, resulting in:
- One (1) winner, who will receive:
1 double VIP ticket for the music festival “Morrissey – Release Athens Festival 2025” - Two (2) runner-up winners
The concert will be held at Plateia Nerou (Faliro Olympic Complex) on 16/07/2025.
The draw will be conducted using a reliable electronic random selection platform (randomizer), in a manner that ensures the integrity and fairness of the process. The winner will be notified via email.
The Organizer bears no responsibility for any technical or other issues that may affect the validity of entries or the completion of the draw process.
8. Disqualification of Winners – Participants / Selection of Alternates – Runners-up
In the event that the initial Winner selected through the draw:
(a) does not accept the Prize due to not accepting the Terms and Conditions of this draw, and/or
(b) is found by the Organizer to have used accounts not corresponding to real natural persons, and/or
(c) has submitted an invalid entry, and/or
(d) does not meet the eligibility requirements for participation in this draw, and/or
(e) cannot be contacted within one (1) day from the date of the draw, or fails to provide their contact details in the manner instructed within the same timeframe from the moment they are sent the relevant personal message, and/or
(f) has submitted or reproduced material through their participation that is contrary to good morals, business ethics, or current legislation, including (but not limited to) material that infringes personal data or personality rights of third parties, intellectual property rights, or contains illegal, immoral, defamatory, racist, offensive, politically or socially inappropriate content, exposes minors, or includes personal or commercial solicitations or advertisements,
then their position will be taken by the first runner-up, in the order drawn. If the same circumstances apply to the first runner-up, the second runner-up will take their place. In such cases, the original winner, as well as any subsequent alternates who are disqualified under the above conditions, shall have no claim whatsoever against the Organizer.
In any such cases, the Organizer reserves the right to delete such content.
9. Winner Notification – Prize Delivery
The winner will receive an email with their prize – 1 double VIP invitation – sent to the email address provided during entry.
The invitation will be sent via email by the Organizer. The tickets are valid for entrance to the Release Athens Festival 2025 and are personal and non-transferable.
If the winner does not accept the prize, their place will be taken by the first runner-up, based on the order drawn, and the same process will be followed.
The Organizer bears no responsibility for any incorrect or inaccurate information provided by the winner, or for any technical issues that may occur during the sending or receipt of the tickets.
10. Contest Results Announcement
The winner will be notified via email at the address they used to participate, with instructions for receiving the Prize.
11. Acceptance of Terms / Personal Data Processing / Intellectual Property Rights
11.1 Personal Data Processing Terms / Consent by Participants
Participants declare and acknowledge that their active participation in the Contest and entry into the draw constitutes a positive act indicating their explicit and unconditional consent to the Organizer. This consent is granted so that the Organizer may, solely for the purposes of this Contest and in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of personal data (GDPR), collect and process their necessary personal data, including, where applicable, the announcement and/or publication of their name on the website https://www.instagram.com/snappi.bank, without any form of compensation or remuneration.
Participants confirm that they have been informed of their rights to access their personal data held by the Organizer, as well as their rights to object, rectify, or delete such data in accordance with applicable law.
11.2 Duration of Data Retention – Purpose – Data Subject Rights
The Organizer processes participants’ data exclusively for purposes related to the Contest, such as conducting the Contest, running the draw, informing winners, announcing results, and delivering the Prizes.
Only the necessary contact details provided by the participants with their consent are collected and stored, solely to enable communication in case they are selected as winners. Access to this data is limited to authorized personnel of the Organizer or external partners providing services strictly for the aforementioned purposes.
Participants have the right to request:
a. access to their personal data and information about its processing,
b. correction of inaccurate or incomplete data,
c. deletion or transfer of their data to a third party, where permitted by law,
d. restriction of processing for specific purposes,
e. data portability in a structured and commonly used format,
f. withdrawal of their consent at any time.
If a participant wishes to withdraw their entry before the End of the Contest, they may do so by sending an email to hello@snappibank.com. In this case, they forfeit their right to participate in the draw.
The discontinuation of data processing will apply from the moment of withdrawal and will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to that point.

Finally, if participants believe their rights are being violated, they have the right to file a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr, +30 210 6475600).
11.3 Intellectual Property Rights
By submitting their entry in this Contest, in the manner described in Section 5, participants acknowledge and agree that any intellectual property rights arising from any comment, reply, or mention (tag) they post in relation to the Contest content (post) are transferred unconditionally, irrevocably, and without limitation to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to use, edit, reproduce, modify, and publish such content in any medium, printed or digital, for the purpose of communication and promotion of the Contest, without requiring prior consent or any form of compensation to the participant.
The Organizer bears no responsibility, direct or indirect, to third parties for the content of the participants’ comments or posts. Participants declare that their personal information is true and accurate, that they are over 18 years of age, and that their participation does not infringe on intellectual property rights, personal data, or personality rights of any third party.
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participation that violates the above terms or offends public sentiment and moral standards.
12. Contest Revocation – Cancellation
The Organizer reserves the right to revoke or cancel the Contest for a significant reason or due to force majeure, or to replace the prizes with others of equal value, or to modify any of the present terms at any time, provided that such changes are published through any appropriate means, including announcements via print or digital media, if deemed necessary at the Organizer’s reasonable discretion. In any such case, participants shall not be entitled to any compensation or have any other claim against the Organizer.
13. Validity – Modification of Terms
Acceptance of the above terms constitutes an integral part of participation in the Contest.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Greek Law. Any dispute that may arise regarding the interpretation or application of these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens.
