Are you 18–19 years old?
With the YOUTH PASS, you get €150.
Snappi participates in the YOUTH PASS financial support programme, which you can use for transport, tourism, and cultural services.
The amount is tax-free, non-refundable, and does not count towards income limits.
Be a permanent resident of Greece.
Have turned 18 or 19 in the previous year.
Apply via the vouchers platform of gov.gr between
April 1, 2026, and May 15, 2026.
No income or asset criteria apply—everyone who
meets the age and residency requirements is eligible!
You can apply for the YOUTH PASS only once.
If you apply at 18, you’ll receive €150 this year and another €150 in 2027 automatically—no need to reapply. If you missed applying at 18, you can still apply at 19—but you’ll only receive €150 for that year, with no retroactive payment.

What is YOUTH PASS?
YOUTH PASS gives €150 per year to 18- and 19-year-olds.
You can use it for experiences and purchases in culture, tourism, and transport.
Who is eligible for YOUTH PASS?
You qualify if you:
- Are a tax resident of Greece
- Are 18 or 19 years old (not yet 20)

Applications open every year from April 1 to May 15.
How do I apply for YOUTH PASS?

You will need:
- Taxisnet credentials
- Registration in the National Contact Registry (ΕΜΕπ)
Email & mobile number
During the process, choose a provider (e.g., Snappi) to issue your digital Youth Pass card.
How will I know if my YOUTH PASS application is approved?
You will receive an email confirming approval.
When will I get the money from YOUTH PASS?
After the application period ends (May 15), you’ll receive instructions to activate your card.
How do I receive the money?
How do I use the YOUTH PASS card?
You can use it:
- For online purchases
For contactless payments via mobile (NFC)
It’s digital only—you can add it to your phone’s wallet.
What can I spend it on?
The YOUTH PASS can be used for:

🎭 Culture (cinema, theater, museums, concerts, books)
🏋️ Activities & experiences (gyms, camps, recreation)
How long is the card valid?
The card is valid for 2 years from issuance.
What if I don’t use all the money?
Unused funds return to the government after expiration, they cannot be carried over.
Can I withdraw or transfer money?
No. Funds:
- Cannot be transferred to another account
- Cannot be withdrawn
They are only for purchases.
Can I change the provider after applying?
No. The provider choice is final during application.
What are the rules for the YOUTH PASS funds?
The €150:
- Is tax-free
- Cannot be seized or claimed by others
- Cannot be transferred to someone else
- Has no fees or deductions
- Is not offset against debts
- Does not affect eligibility for other social benefits
Can I get the YOUTH PASS via Snappi without a Snappi account?
Yes, you can. First, you submit your application at vouchers.gov.gr and select the digital card from Snappi.
Once your application is approved, you will receive an SMS with instructions at the phone number you provided, as well as an email with the activation link for your digital card.
After the application period closes, on the home screen of the Snappi app, select “Get YOUTH PASS.” Follow the steps, and you’ll easily and quickly get your Snappi YOUTH PASS digital card!
