TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE ACTIVITY

Snappi BANK S.A. (7A Krystalli Street, Ioannina, Tax Identification Number: 801858330, hereinafter referred to as "Snappi") in the context of encouraging savings through its relevant banking product ("Savings Account"), is targeting its existing and future customers and is taking on the activity described below (the "Activity").

Before participating in the Activity, participants must carefully read and accept these Terms and Conditions of Participation (the "Activity Terms"), which are also posted on the website https://www.snappibank.com/el/apotamieftikos/ 

1. ELIGIBILITY AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

• As eligible to participate in the Activity are deemed persons who cumulatively meet the following conditions and complete the following steps within the Duration of the Activity (see also term C.1 below) ("Eligible Persons"): 

• They are already or become Snappi customers by the end date of the Activity, i.e. they successfully and fully complete their (Digital Onboarding) in the Snappi application, which includes the identification of prospective customers' details and the fulfilment of all the conditions set out in Snappi's Terms and Conditions of Transactions. If, for any reason, verification of the application user's details is requested by Snappi, only those registrations in which the user has successfully completed all the required and/or additional identification and confirmation steps that may be requested by Snappi shall be considered complete.

• They have or open within the Duration of the Activity and keep active for at least thirty (30) days after the draw, which they maintain in accordance with the Special Terms of the Savings Account Agreement and the General Terms of Transactions, as provided in the links below [PRE-CONTRACTUAL INFORMATION REGARDING THE OPENING OF A SAVINGS ACCOUNT OF A NATURAL PERSON | Snappi – Your new bank] and  [GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF TRANSACTIONS | Snappi – Your new bank].

• They have a credit balance in their Savings Account on the last calendar day of the month preceding the month in which the draw takes place (as specified below in B.6), at least equal to five hundred euros (€500.00) and at most equal to ninety-nine thousand nine hundred and ninety-nine euros and ninety-nine cents (€99,999.99). Please note that credit transfers to the Savings Account must be made in accordance with the Special Terms and Conditions of Transactions. 

• They must register at any time and no later than one day before the draw, using the special participation form available here: [https://www.snappibank.com/el/apotamieftikos/], in order to take part in the upcoming draw.

• Participation in the Activity requires and implies the unconditional acceptance of all these terms and conditions, even if they are modified in the future, as mentioned below, as well as the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use of the website https://www.snappibank.com.  . 

• Any participation that does not comply with at least one of these terms and conditions shall be deemed invalid and the Customer shall not be eligible to participate in the current draw, until all participation requirements have been met and throughout the duration of the Activity.

1. CONTEST DESCRIPTION & GIFT

• Each month throughout the duration of the Activity, a random draw will be held (as described below – see C below) from which will be drawn ten (10) winning participations. Each winning participation entitles the Beneficiary to whom that participation corresponds to receive the Activity gift, i.e. an amount equal to the interest paid to them based on the interest rate on the credit balance of their Savings Account in the month prior to the draw, multiplied by ten (10) ("Gift") .

• To participate in the Activity, interested customers must complete the participation form in accordance with term A.1.4. above. The form only needs to be completed once – it is not necessary to complete it every month during which the Activity takes place.  

• Any credit balance in the Savings Account equal to at least five hundred euros (€500.00), either already deposited in the Beneficiary's account or credited at any time during the Activity Period and at least until the last calendar day of the month before the upcoming draw, entitles the Beneficiary to one (1) entry for the Beneficiary in the upcoming draw, regardless of the credits to the Savings Account made during that month. 

For example, a credit balance between one thousand five hundred euros (€1,500.00) and two thousand euros (€2,000.00) as it appears on the last calendar day of the current month entitles the Beneficiary to three (3) participations in the upcoming draw, while if the credit balance on the last calendar day of the following month is reduced to an amount between (at least) one thousand euros (€1,000) and (less than) one thousand five hundred euros (€1,500.00), the Beneficiary will participate in the draw for that month with two (2) entries.

Therefore, even if the other conditions for participation in the Activity are met, if on the last calendar day of the month the Customer's Savings Account shows a credit balance of less than five hundred euros (€500.00), the Customer loses the right to participate in the upcoming draw until the balance of their account rises again to at least five hundred euros (€500.00).

• The maximum number of participations in the Activity is two hundred (200) participations per Savings Account holder. A higher number of participations in the Activity per Beneficiary increases the probability of being randomly selected in the monthly draws.

• The number of participations per Beneficiary in the draw is automatically determined by Snappi each month at the time of each draw, provided that Snappi has verified that all the criteria for participation in the Activity have been met and the customer is deemed an Eligible Participant, in accordance with Chapter A of the Activity Terms and Conditions.

• The draw takes place via a digital application for the selection of random numbers, on the fifth (5th) working day of each month during the Duration of the Activity, with the participation of the Eligible Participants. 

• The winners of each monthly draw of the Activity will be notified by Snappi via a personal email to the email address they used to create their Snappi account or any other appropriate means (e.g. SMS, Viber, to the telephone number they provided during the Digital Onboarding process). 

• Snappi will calculate the amount of the Gift based on the information provided in B.6 and will credit the amount to each winner's Savings Account within a reasonable time from the day of the draw and in any case by the last calendar day of the month in which the specific draw took place.

• Given that each Eligible Customer participating in the Activity may participate in the draw with multiple participations, as mentioned above, it is possible for the same Customer to be selected as the winner of the Gift more than once in the same monthly draw.

• It is understood that the Activity Gift will be paid to the beneficiaries in addition to the amount of interest paid, as calculated based on the base credit interest rate specified in the Bank's Price List (see the General Terms and Conditions of Transactions) and calculated according to the credit balance of the Deposit Account on the last calendar day of each month.

• The Beneficiary may use the Gift at any time, in any transaction at their discretion, provided that Snappi's Terms and Conditions of Transactions are met. 

• The selection of a Customer as the winner of a monthly draw does not exclude them from participating (with the number of participations they are entitled to) in the next monthly draw, provided that they continue to meet the conditions for participation in the Activity. In other words, Customers eligible to participate in the Activity participate in all monthly draws, regardless of whether they have already won the Activity Gift one or more times.

• If, during the Activity Period, Snappi's commercial policy allows its customers to hold more than one savings account, each customer with more than one savings account and eligible to participate in the Activity will participate in the monthly draws (provided that they meet the other conditions) based on the details of the first savings account opened.

• Snappi reserves the right to modify the Gift award process by notifying Beneficiaries in a timely manner through an amendment to these Terms and Conditions and in any manner it deems appropriate.

1. DURATION OF THE ACTIVITY

Participation in the Activity, by fulfilling the Terms and Conditions of the Activity, is possible from 19 February 2026 (00:01 Greek time) to 31 December 2026 (23:59 Greek time) ("Activity Duration"). 

Snappi reserves the right to change the Duration of the Activity by giving prior notice to the Beneficiaries by amending these Activity Terms and Conditions and by announcing the amended duration through its own channels through its own channels and/or in any other manner it deems appropriate.

1. RESTRICTIONS 

• Snappi reserves the right to deem any person who has attempted unsuccessfully or contrary to these Activity Terms and Conditions to participate in the Activity as non-eligible and not to award the Gift for any reason (e.g. if information is pending for the successful completion of the identification and registration process in accordance with Snappi's procedure, e.g. verification of information), illegal or unconventional use of the Savings Account is detected or suspected, or the special participation form, or the person participating in the Activity does not comply with the Terms of the Activity and/or the General and Special Terms of the Savings Account Agreement and/or Snappi's Terms and Conditions of Transactions. The same applies in the event of force majeure on the part of Snappi.

• In the event of force majeure, security reasons or other circumstances beyond Snappi's control, Snappi is entitled not to offer the Activity Gift for as long as these adverse circumstances persist, in which case it shall be released from any liability towards the Beneficiaries and any third party and shall not be obliged to offer alternative Gifts of any form or value. Similarly, Snappi shall not be obliged to extend the Duration of the Activity for as long as the reasons of force majeure preventing the award of the Gift persist.

1. TERMS OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA 

• This section contains information about the collection of personal data from participants in the Activity and its processing for the purposes of conducting the Activity in order to enable the awarding of the Gift. Activity participants should also check out the Privacy Policy, which is posted on the Snappi website and applies in addition to these terms. 

• The recipients of the data of the participants in the Activity (regardless of whether they are deemed Eligible) will only be Snappi's authorised partners who assist in the implementation of the Activity (e.g. cloud hosting provider, marketing providers, social media managers, etc.). The personal data of Activity participants will be processed solely for the purpose of carrying out and implementing the Activity and awarding the Gift to the winners of the monthly draws. The personal data of participants in the Activity will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Snappi takes all appropriate technical and organisational measures, as defined in the applicable legislation, to ensure an adequate level of protection for the personal data of participants.

• Snappi maintains and processes the opening, maintenance and use (credits and credit balance) of the Savings Account held by participants in the Activity at Snappi, as well as the contact details it already holds for them as customers, for the purposes of: 1. Verifying their eligibility as Beneficiaries participating in the Activity and awarding the Gift to the winners of the monthly draws, and 2. Providing information and communication within the framework of the Activity (Legal basis for processing: performance of a contract). 

• In the event that any person interested in participating in the Activity (e.g. by expressing interest in participating by completing the relevant form) has started but has not completed the Digital Onboarding process and/or the opening of a Savings Account during the Activity Period, Snappi will retain and process the contact details of that person until 31/1/2027, so that upon contacting the details provided, it can assist in completing the Digital Onboarding and/or opening a Savings Account (Legal basis for processing: performance of a contract).

• Data relating to the participation of Beneficiaries in the Activity and the awarding of Gifts to the winners of the monthly draws are kept in accordance with the above Policy (for the entire duration of the Snappi-customer contractual relationship and for at least 20 years after its termination).

• Snappi is responsible for processing your personal data for the purposes mentioned above. 

• Each participant in the Activity has the right to access, update, correct, and object to the further processing of their personal data, as provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679 and Law 4624/2019) as well as the right to appeal to the competent supervisory authority (Personal Data Protection Authority: www.dpa.gr). To exercise their rights, participants may contact Snappi at dpo@snappibank.com.

• If the participant in the Activity expressly consents to this, Snappi will send them news and updates based on this consent. At any time, the Activity participant may freely withdraw their consent to the processing of their data for any of these purposes. If they choose to receive news and updates from Snappi, Snappi will retain the data provided for this purpose until consent is withdrawn. The personal data of the Activity participant will not be disclosed to third parties, and Snappi will remain the Data Controller. 1. OTHER TERMS 

• Snappi reserves the right to unilaterally change these Activity Terms, to shorten or extend the duration of the Activity or to revoke it by prior notice through any appropriate means, to replace the Gift with others of equal value at its discretion and, in general, to amend any term of the Activity by announcement on the website https://www.snappibank.com/. Snappi is exempt from any liability regarding the postponement or cancellation of the Activity and/or the draws or any modifications thereto, which shall apply as specified above and, in any case, reserves the right to award or not award the Gifts to the winners of the draws in the event of postponement or cancellation of the Activity or prior to any modification of these Activity Terms and Conditions for any reason.

• Snappi is not responsible in any way for (i) disruptions to the network, in the hardware and software of the person participating in the Activity and/or for any malfunction of the application of any kind that may lead to limited, delayed or lost registration of participation or any other problem or damage. 

• Snappi reserves the right at any time to exclude any participant who has submitted false or inaccurate entries or personal information. 

• In the event that any term is deemed invalid, such partial invalidity shall not invalidate the entire Terms.

•  The Terms and Conditions of the Activity, as applicable, are governed by Greek law. For any dispute that may arise regarding the interpretation or application of the above Terms, the Courts of Athens (Central Headquarters) have concurrent jurisdiction with the other courts competent under the law.
