TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ACTIVITY
Snappi Bank S.A. (7A Krystalli St., Ioannina, Tax ID: 801858330, hereinafter “Snappi”), in the context of promoting its products and services, organizes, in cooperation with Athens Urban Transport Organization S.A. (OASA), headquartered in Athens (1 Rethymnou St., 10682, Athens), Tax ID 094419265 (hereinafter “OASA”), the promotional campaign described below (the “Campaign”).
The Campaign is addressed to new users of a Snappi bank account (as described below) who are also registered holders of an OASA ATH.ENA Card (hereinafter “Holders” and “ATH.ENA Card”, respectively), in accordance with the following terms.
Before participating in the Campaign, please read these Terms of Participation (“Campaign Terms”) carefully. The terms are also available on the website:

If you do not accept the Campaign Terms, you should not participate in the Campaign.
A. ELIGIBILITY AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Individuals who meet all of the following criteria and complete the steps below are eligible to participate in the Campaign (the “Beneficiaries”):
Participants must:
be natural persons aged 18 or older;
be tax residents of Greece and have full legal capacity;
be holders of an ATH.ENA Card and possess the unique sixteen-digit membership card code that uniquely identifies each ATH.ENA Card holder and allows its use (the “ATH.ENA Card Code” or “Code”);
complete their details (full name, mobile phone number, email address, and ATH.ENA Card Code) in the special participation form available at:
https://www.snappibank.com/el/oasadownload the Snappi mobile application;
successfully complete registration in the Snappi application, meaning they successfully complete the Digital Onboarding process, which includes verification of the applicant’s identity and confirmation that they meet all eligibility requirements set out in Snappi’s Terms and Conditions of Transactions, within five (5) days (see also section B.4) or within any other timeframe communicated by Snappi;
credit their account with fifteen euros (€15) during the Campaign Period using any method offered by Snappi (e.g. transfer of funds or top-up);
not have already completed a participation form for another simultaneous Snappi promotional campaign (e.g. “Vodafone CU”, “AB PLUS”, “Public”, “Goody’s”, “Everest”, “Welcome Offer”, Shell, “Free Now”, etc.), nor already participated in this Campaign.
If a customer has submitted a participation form for another simultaneous promotional campaign, they will only be entitled to the gift of the campaign in which they first participated.
Exclusion from participation
Persons are not eligible to participate if they:
are already Snappi customers (i.e. they have already completed Digital Onboarding before registering for this Campaign);
have started Digital Onboarding but did not complete all required steps;
cannot complete registration because they do not meet Snappi’s Terms and Conditions;
do not complete their registration within the applicable time limit;
did not complete the participation form before completing Digital Onboarding or before crediting €15;
credit an amount less than €15 to their Snappi account during the Campaign Period;
credit the amount using a method not provided within the Snappi application;
have already participated in the Campaign;
have previously registered for another simultaneous Snappi promotional campaign before completing the participation form for this Campaign.
Participation in the Campaign constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms, even if they are amended in the future, as well as acceptance of:

Each person is entitled to one (1) participation only.
Any participation that does not comply with these terms shall be considered invalid.
B. CAMPAIGN DESCRIPTION & GIFT
Each Beneficiary (i.e. ATH.ENA Card Holder meeting the eligibility criteria above) will receive:
€15 credited to their ATH.ENA Card
within ten (10) business days after:
completing their registration with Snappi, and
crediting €15 to their Snappi account.
The €15 reward (the “Gift”) may be redeemed for future purchases of OASA transport tickets through the ATH.ENA Card, in accordance with the applicable ATH.ENA Card terms and restrictions.
The Gift may be redeemed exclusively by the Beneficiary using their ATH.ENA Card.
Participation process
To obtain the Gift, the Holder must:
Visit the Snappi landing page.
Complete the participation form with:
full name
telephone number
email address
ATH.ENA Card Code
Download the Snappi application via the App Store or Google Play.
Complete registration and open a Snappi account.
Credit the account with €15 within five (5) days from submitting the form.
The €15 credit may be made through multiple transactions, provided the total amount is credited within the Campaign Period.
Snappi reserves the right to modify the activation mechanism and reward allocation process, notifying participants via updated Terms or by message (email, SMS or Viber).
Each Holder may receive the Gift only once.
The Gift is:
personal
non-transferable
intended exclusively for the specific ATH.ENA Card Holder
OASA bears no responsibility for unauthorized use of the ATH.ENA Card by third parties.

Loss of Gift
If the Gift is lost in any way (e.g. loss of the ATH.ENA Card or card code), Snappi and OASA bear no responsibility for replacement, cancellation or re-issuance.
If a Holder registers using an invalid ATH.ENA Card Code, they will not be entitled to the Gift, even if they complete Snappi registration.
Parallel promotional campaigns
Snappi may run other promotional campaigns simultaneously (e.g. Vodafone, AB, Goody’s, Everest, Public, FreeNow, Sky Express, Shell, Welcome offers).
If a Holder registers for this Campaign and another campaign on the same day, they will receive only the gift of the other campaign.
If registrations occur on different dates, the Holder will receive only the gift from the campaign they joined first.
A participant may not receive gifts from more than one Snappi promotional campaign.
C. CAMPAIGN DURATION
Participants must submit the participation form and complete their registration (including Digital Onboarding) within five (5) days of submitting the form.
The participation form may be submitted during the period:
12 March 2026 (00:01 Greece time) – 31 August 2026 (23:59 Greece time)
(the “Campaign Period”).
Snappi reserves the right, but not the obligation, to modify the Campaign Period by notifying participants through its own channels or OASA’s channels.
Beneficiaries may redeem the Gift within twelve (12) months from registration with Snappi, subject to ATH.ENA Card program terms.
Unused Gifts will expire according to OASA rules and may be deactivated if not redeemed within the applicable validity period.
D. RESTRICTIONS
Registration through the Campaign does not automatically make the Holder a Snappi customer.
Applicants must meet the General Terms and Conditions of Transactions and complete identity verification procedures.
Snappi may:
request additional documentation
reject registration applications
cancel participation at any stage
cancel the Gift if eligibility requirements are not met.
Snappi may also refuse participation if:
the identification process is unsuccessful
inaccurate or false information is detected
unlawful or improper use of the Gift is suspected.
If the Gift becomes unavailable, Snappi may replace it with an alternative reward.
In cases of force majeure, security issues or circumstances beyond Snappi’s control, the Gift may not be provided.
The Gift is issued by OASA, and Snappi bears no responsibility for delays or failures caused by OASA.
OASA determines how the Gift may be redeemed (e.g. OASA transport products or services).
E. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
This section explains how personal data is collected and processed for the Campaign.
Snappi’s Privacy Policy also applies.
Snappi will transmit the ATH.ENA Card Codes submitted through the participation form to OASA solely to verify that the Holder maintains an ATH.ENA Card account.
Data may also be processed by authorized service providers assisting with Campaign implementation (e.g. hosting providers, marketing providers, social media managers).
Personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area.
The legal basis for processing is performance of a contract.
Personal data will be retained:
according to Snappi’s Privacy Policy if the participant becomes a customer, or
until 31 August 2027 if registration is not completed.
Participants have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) including:
access
rectification
objection
complaint to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.

Participants may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.
F. MISCELLANEOUS TERMS
Snappi reserves the right to:
amend these terms,
shorten or extend the Campaign,
cancel the Campaign,
replace the Gift,
or modify any Campaign element.
Participants may withdraw from the Campaign by emailing:

Snappi bears no responsibility for:
incorrect or incomplete participant information
technical disruptions affecting participation
device, network, software or application failures.
Snappi may exclude participants who submit false or inaccurate information.
If any term is deemed invalid, the remaining terms shall remain in force.
These Campaign Terms are governed by Greek law.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens, without prejudice to other competent courts as provided by law.
