What do I need to do to receive the €30 reward?
If you are a FastPass transponder holder, simply complete the participation form above.
After accepting the promotion terms and clicking “Join Now”, download the Snappi app from Google Play or the App Store and open your Snappi account.
Before you begin, make sure you have:
- Your eGov login credentials
- Your Greek ID card
These will be required during the account opening process.
Once your account is active, make 3 card transactions of at least €5 each at any merchant using your Snappi Mastercard debit card.
Once your transactions have been verified, you will receive a voucher from us containing a QR code and a 16-digit code corresponding to the €30 reward. You will then be able to redeem it through FastPass.
Where can I use the €30 reward?
The €30 reward is credited directly to your FastPass transponder and can be used to pay tolls across Greece, including:
- Nea Odos
- Attiki Odos
- Kentriki Odos
- Egnatia Odos
and at toll stations throughout Greece.
If you do not already have a FastPass transponder, you can apply for a Nea Odos or Kentriki Odos transponder free of charge.
How long is the promotion available?
The promotion runs from 10/06/2026 until 31/08/2026.
After submitting the participation form, you must complete the following within the promotion period:
- Open your Snappi account
- Make 3 transactions of at least €5 each using your Snappi Mastercard debit card
If these requirements are not completed within the specified timeframe, you will unfortunately not be eligible to receive the €30 reward.
I submitted the form and completed onboarding in the Snappi app, but my transponder has not been credited with €30. Why?
Please make sure that you have:
- Submitted the participation form using valid information
- Opened your Snappi account using the same email address provided in the form
- Completed 3 transactions of at least €5 each using your Snappi Mastercard debit card
The reward may take up to 10 business days from the date of your third qualifying transaction to be credited.
Please also note that if you have already participated in another Snappi promotional campaign (such as Shell, OASA, Public, CU, AB, SKY Express, Domino’s, etc.) and have already received a promotional reward, you are not eligible to receive an additional reward through this campaign, in accordance with the promotion terms and conditions.
Can I receive the welcome reward if I do not have a FastPass transponder?
This promotion is exclusively available to holders of Nea Odos and Kentriki Odos FastPass transponders.
However, you can apply for a transponder free of charge and then participate in the promotion.

Can I participate if I obtain a FastPass transponder now?
Absolutely.
Once you receive your FastPass transponder, simply complete the participation form and, after opening your Snappi account and completing 3 qualifying transactions with your Snappi Mastercard debit card, you will receive your reward.
I completed the form, but I received an error message. What should I do?
Please ensure that:
- All your information has been entered correctly without any errors or extra spaces
- You have selected the correct transponder type (Nea Odos or Kentriki Odos)
Then try submitting the form again.
Please note that if you have already participated in another Snappi promotional campaign (such as Shell, OASA, Public, CU, AB, SKY Express, Domino’s, etc.) and have already received a promotional reward, you are not eligible for an additional reward through this campaign.

Do I need to complete the participation form to receive the €30 reward?
Yes.
If you open a Snappi account without first submitting the participation form, you will not be eligible for the promotional reward.
Can I receive the €30 reward together with another Snappi reward?
No.
According to the promotion terms, each customer may participate in only one Snappi promotional campaign.
The reward you receive will be the one associated with the first participation form you submitted.
