TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE ACTIVITY

"Snappi BANK S.A." (Krystalli 7A, Ioannina, VAT number: 801858330, hereinafter: "Snappi" or "the Organizer") in the context of the promoting its products and services, organizes in cooperation with the Company WORKEARLY LTD (company no. 11762980, 156A Burnt Oak Avenue, Edgware, England, HA8 0AX) (hereinafter "Workearly") the promotional activity described below ("the Activity") and which concerns purchases made in the website https://www.workearly.gr/ ("Website" or "Workearly.gr"), and is addressed to new Snappi customers and customers of Workearly.gr ("Customers"), subject to the following terms. Before participating in the Activity, please read carefully these Terms of Participation ("the Activity Terms"), which are also posted on the website. If you do not agree with the Activity Terms, you should not take part in the Activity.

ELIGIBILITY AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Eligible to participate in the Activity are those persons who cumulatively meet the following criteria and complete all of the following steps during the Activity ("Beneficiaries"):

are natural persons and have reached the age of 18
are tax residents of Greece and have full legal capacity
They become customers of Snappi, i.e. they successfully and fully complete their registration (Digital Onboarding) in the Snappi application, which includes identification of the details of the prospective customers and filling in their face all the conditions set out in the Snappi Terms and Conditions of Transactions). If, for any reason, verification of the application user's information is requested by Snappi, only the one in which the user has successfully completed all required and/or additional identification and confirmation steps that may be requested by Snappi is considered a completed registration.
They fill in their details (name, mobile phone, email) in the special Snappi participation form available on www.snappibank.com/el/workearly
They make transactions during the Activity through the Workearly.gr Website using any Snappi debit card.
In case a person has purchased the Youthpass or the Fuel Pass through Snappi, they must complete the full Digital Onboarding process, properly identifying their details, as described above and in accordance with Snappi's Terms and Conditions of Transactions and then make a purchase from the Workearly.gr Website in order to be eligible for the Activity.
Each person has the right to participate in the Activity. In case someone has participated in the Activity before, they are not entitled to receive the Gift. If someone has received the Gift using a Snappi card, they will not be eligible to receive the Gift using another.

1. It is clarified that those persons who do not meet the above criteria or who meet any of the following criteria alternatively do not have the right to participate in the Activity and do not constitute Beneficiaries:
  1. They are already customers of Snappi, i.e. they have purchased a Snappi product or service (with the exception of the Youth Pass or the Fuel Pass) (i.e. they have completed their registration / Digital Onboarding)
  2. They have started the Digital Onboarding process without completing any step of the Snappi Terms and Conditions of Transactions (e.g. they have not provided any supporting documents). In case a person has purchased the Youthpass or the Fuel Pass through Snappi, he/she must complete the full Digital Onboarding process, properly identifying his/her details, as described above and in accordance with Snappi's Terms and Conditions of Transactions, in order to become a Beneficiary.
  3. They cannot complete their registration because they do not meet Snappi's Terms and Conditions of Transactions.
  4. They do not complete their registration with Snappi within the Duration of the Activity (see clause C.1)
  5. They have not completed the participation form mentioned above before completing their Digital Onboarding.
  6. make transactions with a Snappi debit card in the period before or after the Duration of the Activity
  7. They carry out their transactions in a different way than the above under 1.5 (e.g. top up, transfer to a third party)
  8. They have already participated in the Activity
  9. They have completed their details in another parallel activity participation form, before completing this participation form and completing the steps in accordance with these terms (e.g. "Vodafone CU" or "AB PLUS" actions, "Public", "Goodys", "Everest", "Welcome Offer", OASA, "Free Now" etc.). In this case, the Costumer may be entitled to the gift of the parallel promotional activity in which they have filled in their details, i.e. provided that the terms of that activity are met.
2. The Costumer must provide the same email address in the participation form and during their registration (Digital Onboarding), otherwise it will not be possible to identify them for the awarding of the Gift.
3. Participation in Activity implies the unconditional acceptance of all these terms even if they are amended in the future, as mentioned below, as well as the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use of https://www.snappibank.com website.

Any entry that does not comply with these terms is considered invalid.

DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITY & GIFT

Within 10 working days from the completion of the purchase from the Workearly.gr Website using a Snappi card, thirty euros (€30) ("Gift") will be credited to one of the accounts held by the Beneficiary with Snappi. The Beneficiary may use the Gift at any time, in any transaction of its sole discretion, provided that the Snappi Terms and Conditions of Transactions are met.
Snappi reserves the right to modify the activation mechanism and the process of obtaining the Gift, informing the Customers in a timely manner by amending these Terms by posting them on its website, through the channels of its choice or by message (email, sms, viber).
Each Beneficiary can receive the Gift only once.

DURATION

Participation in the Activity is possible from 05 August 2026 to 30 November 2026 (23:59 Greek time) ("Duration of the Activity"). Snappi reserves the right to change the Duration of the Activity with prior due notice through an announcement on Snappi channels/media.
The completion of the Digital Onboarding at a time before or after the Duration of the Activity will not make the customer a Beneficiary and it will not be possible to award the Gift to them, even if they make their purchases within the Duration of the Activity. Purchases made on the Workearly.gr Website before or after the end of the Duration of the Activity are not considered valid for the award of the Gift to customers, even if the customer has become a Snappi customer prior to or during the Activity Duration.

RESTRICTIONS

Snappi reserves the right to evaluate as a non-Beneficiary any customer and not to return the Gift for any justified reason (e.g. if there is pending information for the successful completion of the identification and registration process in accordance with Snappi's procedure, e.g. verification of data), illegal or non-contractual use of the Snappi application and/or the Workearly.gr Website is detected or suspected or the customer does not comply with the Terms of the Activity and/or the Snappi's Terms and Conditions of Transactions. The same applies in the case of force majeure, whether on the part of Snappi or Workearly.gr.

In the event of force majeure, security reasons or other circumstances beyond Snappi's control, Snappi may and is entitled NOT to offer the Gift, in which case it will be exempt from any liability and will not be obliged to offer alternative Gifts of any form and value.
The Bonus is provided by Snappi in accordance with term B.1.

TERMS OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

This section contains information about the collection of your personal data and their processing for the needs of conducting the Activity in order to enable the awarding of the Gift. Please also refer to the Privacy Policy, which is posted on the Snappi website and which applies in addition to these terms.
Recipients of your data will be only Snappi's authorized partners, who assist in the implementation of the Activity (e.g. cloud hosting provider, marketing provider, social media manager, etc.). The processing of your personal data will be done exclusively for the purpose of executing and implementing the Activity and guiding you to obtain the Gift. The personal data of the participating persons will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area. In the case of a transfer outside the EEA, this will be carried out in accordance with Chapter V GDPR and with appropriate safeguards. Snappi takes all appropriate technical and organizational measures, as set out in applicable law, to ensure an appropriate level of protection for participants' personal data.
Snappi processes the data you have provided during the submission of the specially designed participation form for the Activity as well as the transactions carried out by the Users, for the purposes of 1.verifying the completion of the participation form 2. Verifying the eligibility of your transactions to meet the conditions for participation in the Activity and the awarding of the Gift, and 3. information and communication in the context of the Activity (Legal basis for processing: performance of a contract) exclusively for the above purposes. Your data will not be shared with unauthorized third parties except for the necessary service providers and the cases provided for in these Terms.
The identification and assessment process in the context of the banking relationship and Digital Onboarding may include automated checks for fraud prevention, compliance with KYC/AML obligations and transaction security, which are derived from the law, as presented in Snappi's Privacy Policy. In this context, the personal data of the participants if the participants gain access to the Snappi application and successfully complete their registration as Snappi customers will be kept based on the Privacy Policy that they will have accepted upon completion of the Digital Onboarding.
The personal data of the participants will be kept as follows: (a) if the participants gain access to the Snappi application and successfully complete their registration as customers of Snappi, their data will be kept based on the Security and Privacy Policy that they will have accepted upon completion of the Digital Onboarding, (b) if the completion of the Digital Onboarding for any reason does not take place before the End of the Duration of the Activity, Snappi will retain the Users' data provided by submitting the Activity participation form, in order to provide the required updates on the actions necessary for their registration as a Snappi customer; and no later than 28/2/2027. Users' purchase data are kept in accordance with the above Policy (for the entire duration of our contractual relationship and for at least 20 years from its expiration).
Snappi retains the data of your purchases in accordance with its Privacy Policy. The data related to your participation in the Activity and the awarding of the Gift are kept in accordance with the above Policy (for the entire duration of our contractual relationship and for at least 20 years from its expiration).
The Controller of your personal data for the purposes mentioned above is Snappi. However, please note that the Workearly.gr's Privacy Policy applies to purchases made through the Workearly.gr Website.
In the context of the implementation of this Activity, the Controller of the personal data you submit through the special participation form as well as the data you submit for the creation of a new bank account is Snappi.
Each Customer has the right to access, inform, correct, object to the further processing of their personal data, as provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679 and Law 4624/2019) as well as the right to appeal to the competent supervisory authority (Personal Data Protection Authority - 1-3 Kifissias Str., P.C. 115 23, Athens, telephone: +30 210 6475600, e-mail: contact@dpa.gr). To exercise their rights, each participant may contact Snappi at dpo@snappibank.com contact details.
Provided that you expressly consent to this, Snappi will send you news and updates based on your consent. At any time you can freely withdraw your consent to the processing for any of these purposes. If you choose to receive news and updates from Snappi, we will keep the data you have provided to us for this purpose until you withdraw your consent. Your personal data will not be shared with third parties; while the Controller will again be Snappi. To withdraw your consent, you can contact Snappi by email at dpo@snappibank.com.

MISCELLANEOUS TERMS

Snappi reserves the right to unilaterally amend these terms, to shorten or extend the duration of the Activity or to revoke it with prior notice by any appropriate means, to replace the Gift at its discretion and in general to modify each term of the Activity by notice through its website. Both Snappi and Workearly.gr are exempt from any liability regarding the postponement or cancellation of the Activity or the above amendments, which will apply as defined above and, in any case, reserve the right to award the Gift to the Beneficiaries, in case their purchases are completed before the postponement or cancellation of the Activity or before the modification of these Activity Terms for any reason.
If a person wishes to withdraw their participation in the Activity,they can send a message to customer@snappibank.com address with the subject "Request to Withdraw from the Snappi x Workearly.gr Activity". In this case, their participation will be cancelled and their personal data will be deleted.
Snappi shall not be liable in the event of a registration error or incomplete information on the part of the participants or in the event that any of the participants do not meet the requirements to join the Snappi application in order to become a Snappi customer in accordance with the Digital Onboarding terms and conditions.
Snappi shall not be liable in any way for (i) disruptions in the network, hardware and software of the participant and/or for malfunction of the application of any nature that may result in limited, delayed or lost registration of the entry or any other problem or damage and/or malfunction of the Workearly.gr Website.
Snappi shall not be liable for the quality, condition, availability, defects or any other defect in the products or services supplied to customers by Workearly.gr, nor for any delays, cancellations, erroneous charges or other acts or omissions of Workearly.gr, nor for the availability of the services and this website. Any relevant request, complaint or claim of customers regarding the above products or services should be addressed exclusively to Workearly.gr, in accordance with its customer service policy and procedures.
If any term is found to be invalid, such partial invalidity does not result in the invalidity of all the Terms.
The Terms of Activity, as in force from time to time, are governed by Greek Law. For any dispute that may arise as to the interpretation or application of the above terms, the Courts of Athens (Central Seat) shall have joint jurisdiction with the other courts competent in accordance with the law.
