TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE “SNAPPI WAITLIST” PROMOTION

“SNAPPI BANK S.A.” (hereinafter referred to as “SNAPPI”), in the context of promoting its products and services, is organizing the initiative titled “WAITLIST” (hereinafter the “Initiative”), in accordance with the following terms.
Before participating in the Initiative, please carefully read these Terms & Conditions of Participation (hereinafter the “Initiative Terms”), which are also available on the website https://www.snappibank.com.
If you do not accept the Initiative Terms, you must not participate in the Initiative.

A. ELIGIBILITY AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION

1. Participation in the Initiative is open to individuals who have reached the age of 18, are tax residents of Greece, and possess full legal capacity.
2. Excluded from participation are employees and representatives of SNAPPI and its affiliated companies, as well as their first-degree relatives, spouses, or any other individuals professionally involved in the organization of this promotional initiative.
3. Participation in the Initiative requires and implies the unreserved acceptance of all the present Terms, even if they are amended in the future, as stated below, as well as acceptance of the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use of the website https://www.snappibank.com.
4. Participants may join the Initiative by completing and submitting the dedicated electronic form, which will be available exclusively through the website https://www.snappibank.com.
5. Each person is entitled to one (1) entry.
6. Any participation that does not comply with these Terms shall be deemed invalid.

Β. “EARLY ACCESS” & PRIZE

1. 1. Early Access to the SNAPPI App
      Participants in the Initiative will be granted the opportunity to obtain early access to the SNAPPI mobile application (“Early Access”). Specifically, participants will receive, via the email address they provide, a notification allowing them to download the SNAPPI app from the App Store or Google Play, prior to its public launch, in order to follow the onboarding process made available through the app (“Digital Onboarding”) and become customers of SNAPPI.
   2. Clarification Regarding Customer Status
      It is clarified that the Early Access granted through the Initiative does not automatically establish a customer relationship between participants and SNAPPI. SNAPPI reserves the right to reject onboarding applications if the eligibility criteria for opening an account are not met, or if the participant fails to accept the respective terms and conditions.
   3. Notification of Early Access
      The availability date of Early Access shall be determined solely by SNAPPI and will be communicated to participants via email and Viber or SMS, in due course, at SNAPPI’s discretion.
   4.  Participation Details
      To take part in the Initiative, participants must fill in the participation form with the following required details: Full name, Email address, Mobile phone number, Nationality, Age
   5. Automatic Entry into Prize Draw
      By completing the participation form, each participant is automatically entered into the SNAPPI prize draw for the prize described below.
   6. Prize Description
      One (1) winner, selected by draw, will receive a trip for two (2) people to attend the Santorini Experience event (the “Prize”). The package includes:
      • Round-trip ferry tickets with Blue Star Ferries
   7. • • Hotel accommodation with breakfast
   8. • A rental car provided by SIXT
   9. • Entry to the Welcome Cocktail at the award-winning Esperisma restaurant overlooking the caldera in Fira
      • Participation in swimming and running events, in accordance with the official event rules
      • A commemorative participation kit
      • Free participation in yoga and Pilates classes

         

1. No Obligation to Activate the App
   Participants are not required to activate the SNAPPI app or establish a customer relationship with SNAPPI in order to be eligible for the prize draw.

    

2. Prize Restrictions
   The Prize may not be exchanged for cash or any other prize, and is non-transferable and non-assignable. In the event of unavailability of the Prize, SNAPPI reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal value, at its sole discretion. In case of force majeure, safety concerns, or any other circumstances beyond SNAPPI’s control, SNAPPI reserves the right not to offer the Prize and shall bear no liability or obligation to offer a substitute prize of any form or value. SNAPPI shall not be held liable for any defects in the Prize or for any other reason, and assumes no responsibility or obligation to the participants or winner(s).

    

3. Prohibition of Commercial Use
   Winners expressly declare and warrant that they will not sell, offer for sale, or use the Prize for commercial or advertising purposes.

    

4. Disclaimer of Warranties
   Each winner acknowledges and accepts that SNAPPI provides no warranty regarding the quality or characteristics of the Prize and shall have no liability or obligation to replace or compensate for the Prize. For any issues arising from the Prize (including, without limitation, factual or legal defects), the winner shall address their claims exclusively to the supplier of the Prize. Likewise, SNAPPI bears no liability if the Prize supplier refuses to deliver or provide the services associated with the Prize.

    

5. Additional Terms by Prize Provider
   The Prize may be subject to specific terms and conditions imposed by the Prize provider. Accordingly, to redeem the Prize, the respective winner must comply with the applicable requirements and restrictions set by the supplier.

C. DURATION – STAGES OF THE INITIATIVE

1. Entries will be accepted during the period from 16/07/2025 to 01/09/2025 at 23:59 (EET), via SNAPPI’s website: https://www.snappibank.com.
   Any entry submitted outside this period shall be deemed invalid and will not be taken into consideration.
2. SNAPPI reserves the right to shorten or extend the duration of the Initiative by amending these Terms, with immediate effect. Such amendments shall take effect upon publication on the website https://www.snappibank.com.
3. SNAPPI will notify participants of the date on which Early Access to the SNAPPI app will be available, along with instructions on how to activate their access, via the email address they submitted.
   Participants acknowledge that if they do not meet the eligibility requirements for registration as a new SNAPPI customer — according to the applicable regulatory framework and SNAPPI’s onboarding criteria as displayed in the app — they may be unable to complete the registration process, or may be required to provide additional documentation to SNAPPI.
4. The draw for the winner of the Prize will take place on 2 September 2025. It will be conducted electronically at SNAPPI’s offices [49 Stadiou Street, Athens], in the presence of authorized SNAPPI personnel, using automated software designed to ensure impartiality and eliminate human intervention.
5. In addition, ten (10) alternate winners will be drawn for the Prize of the Initiative.
6. SNAPPI reserves the right to extend the duration of the Initiative, cancel the draw, or reschedule the draw date.
   In such cases, participants will be informed either via an announcement on the SNAPPI website or by any other appropriate means.
7. The winner will be notified within a reasonable time via email and also by Viber or SMS, using the contact details provided in the participation form.
8.  Any participation — including that of the selected winner — may be disqualified at any stage of the Initiative, even at the time of Prize delivery, for any of the following reasons:

(a) if the participant fails to fully comply with these Terms, all of which are deemed material;
(b) if the participant is ineligible based on the exclusion criteria outlined in these Terms;
(c) if it is not possible to contact the participant within the specified deadlines stated in these Terms;
(d) if the participant fails to present a valid form of identification proving their identity and age at the time of Prize delivery.

D. PRIZE DELIVERY

1. The winner will be informed by SNAPPI regarding the collection of the ferry tickets and the details of the trip. A prerequisite for the delivery of the Prize is the verification of the winner’s identity.
2. The winner must accept the Prize and submit the required identification details in accordance with the instructions and within the timeframe indicated by SNAPPI.
   If, for any reason, the winner fails to respond in time, their participation will be cancelled, and the Prize may be awarded to an alternate winner. The redemption deadlines are set by the respective Prize provider.

E. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING TERMS

1. This section contains information regarding the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of conducting the Initiative.
   Please also refer to the Privacy Policy https://www.snappibank.com/el/politiki-aporritoy/, which is published on our website and applies in addition to these Terms.
2. The recipients of your data will be only authorized partners of SNAPPI who support the execution of the Initiative (e.g. cloud hosting provider, marketing provider, social media manager, etc.) and the Prize suppliers.
   The processing of your personal data will be carried out exclusively for the purpose of implementing the Initiative and notifying the winners.
   The personal data of participants will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
   SNAPPI takes all appropriate technical and organizational measures, as defined by applicable legislation, to ensure an appropriate level of protection for participants’ personal data.
3. SNAPPI processes the data you provide when submitting the participation form in the Initiative for the purposes of: 1. Organizing and completing the Initiative (Early Access and entry into the draw), and 2. Communicating with you regarding the Initiative.
   (Legal basis for processing: performance of contract).
4. Participants’ personal data will be retained as follows:
   (a) In the event that participants gain access to the SNAPPI app and successfully complete their registration as SNAPPI customers, their data will be retained in accordance with the Privacy & Security Policy accepted through the Digital Onboarding process.
   (b) In the event that participants do not complete their registration as customers, their data will be deleted after the prize draw and after the prize delivery deadline has expired.

It is clarified that, in the event the draw and prize delivery take place before the Digital Onboarding becomes available, for any reason, SNAPPI will retain the data submitted through the participation form in order to provide the necessary updates related to customer onboarding actions, and in any case no later than 31/01/2026.

1. SNAPPI is the Data Controller for participants’ personal data and processes only the data you have submitted through the Initiative’s participation form.
2. Each participant has the right to access, information, rectification, and objection to further processing of their personal data, as provided under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Law 4624/2019, as well as the right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Hellenic Data Protection Authority: 1-3 Kifisias Ave., 115 23 Athens, tel.: +30 210 6475600, email: contact@dpa.gr).
   To exercise their rights, each participant may contact SNAPPI at dpo@snappibank.com.
3. If you consent to receiving communications from SNAPPI via email and/or via Viber/SMS, you may freely withdraw your consent at any time for any of these communication channels. We will retain the data you provided via the Initiative participation form for the purpose of sending SNAPPI news and updates until you withdraw your consent. Your personal data will not be shared with third parties, and SNAPPI will remain the Data Controller.
   
   To withdraw your consent, you may contact SNAPPI by email at dpo@snappibank.com or by clicking the “unsubscribe” link provided in each communication.

F. MISCELLANEOUS TERMS

1. SNAPPI reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms, shorten or extend the duration of the Initiative, or cancel it, by issuing a prior announcement through any appropriate means.
   It also reserves the right to replace the Prize(s) with others of equal value at its discretion and to modify any other provision of the Initiative by announcement on the website https://www.snappibank.com.
   SNAPPI bears no liability whatsoever regarding the postponement or cancellation of the Initiative and/or the draw, or for the aforementioned amendments, which shall be valid as described above.
   SNAPPI further reserves the right to withhold or deny the awarding of the Prize to the winner(s) if the draw has taken place before the cancellation, postponement, or amendment of these Terms for any reason.

    

2. In the event that a participant wishes to withdraw their participation from the Initiative, they may send an email to info@snappibank.com with the subject line: “Request to Withdraw from the Waitlist Initiative.”
   In such case, the participant’s entry will be cancelled and their personal data will be deleted.

    

3. SNAPPI bears no responsibility in the event of incorrect data entry or incomplete information submitted by participants, or in the event that any participant does not meet the conditions required to register in the SNAPPI app and become a customer in accordance with the Digital Onboarding terms and conditions.
4. SNAPPI is not liable in any way for:
   (i) disruptions in the participant’s internet connection, hardware, or software, and/or
   (ii) technical malfunctions of the SNAPPI app of any kind, which may result in delayed, incomplete, or failed entry submissions or any other issue or damage.

    

5. SNAPPI reserves the right at any time to exclude any participant who has submitted false or inaccurate information or personal data.

    

6. The Initiative Terms, as in force from time to time, shall be governed by Greek Law.
   Any dispute arising in relation to the interpretation or application of these Terms shall fall under the concurrent jurisdiction of the courts of Athens (central headquarters), along with any other competent courts as provided by law.
