TERMS & CONDITIONS OF CONTEST

"Snappi BANK S.A." (Krystalli 7A, Ioannina, TIN: 801858330, hereinafter "Snappi") in the context of promoting its products and services, organizes, the contest described below (hereinafter referred to as "the Contest") which is aimed at existing and new Snappi clients who settle their bills through the Snappi app in accordance with the following terms and conditions. Before participating in the Contest, please read these Terms and Conditions of Participation ("the Contest Terms") carefully, which are also posted on the website https://www.snappibank.com/en/terms-lucky-bills If you do not accept the Contest Terms, you should not participate in the Contest.

Α. ELIGIBILITY AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Eligibility to participate in the Contest is granted to persons who cumulatively meet the following criteria and complete during the Duration of the Contest (see term C.1 below) the following steps ("Beneficiaries"):

1.1. They are already or become Snappi clients, up until the expiration date of the Duration of the Contest i.e. they successfully and fully complete their registration (Digital Onboarding) in the Snappi application, which includes verification of prospective clients' details and ensuring that they meet all the conditions set out in Snappi's Terms and Conditions of Transactions. If, for any reason, Snappi requests verification of the application user's details, only those registrations in which the user has successfully completed all the required and/or additional identification and confirmation steps requested by Snappi will be considered complete.

1.2. Make payment of their RF bill transactions during the month preceding each Contest draw, through the Snappi app, by paying via RF code or bank transfer using a payment code, regardless of the amount, in one of the following eligible categories, as displayed through the Snappi app ("Eligible Categories"):

TELECOMMUNICATIONS
ELECTRICITY/ENERGY
SOCIAL SECURITY

1.3. An bill paid in accordance with the above, i.e. the payment is registered in the Snappi application as an RF bill payment, and meets these terms and conditions, becomes an Eligible Bill.

1.4. Register on the special "Lucky Bills" participation form available here: https://www.snappibank.com/en/lucky-bills-2, in order for their Eligible Bills to be counted in the upcoming monthly draw, provided they fall within the Eligible Categories as described above.

If a person has obtained Youthpass through Snappi, they must complete the entire Digital Onboarding process, duly identifying themselves as described above and in accordance with Snappi's Terms and Conditions of Transaction, in order to access the relevant features provided through the Snappi app and become eligible to participate in the Contest.
Participation in the Contest requires and implies unconditional acceptance of all of these terms and conditions, even if they are modified in the future, as stated below, as well as the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use of the website https:// www.snappibank.com.
Any entry that does not comply with these Terms is invalid.

Β. DESCRIPTION OF CONTEST & GIFT

During the first ten (10) days of each month, a random draw will be held among Eligible Bills for which payment was made (i.e., successfully executed) up to and including the last day of the previous calendar month. The draw will select ten (10) Eligible Bills each month, corresponding to ten (10) winning amounts/payments ("Winning Payments"). Each Beneficiary who has made a Winning Payment will receive, in one of the bank accounts they hold with Snappi, a refund of the amount of the Winning Payment they made through the Snappi application in accordance with A.1.2 above, up to the amount of one hundred and fifty euros (€150) ("Gift"). If the Winning Payment exceeds €150, only €150 will be refunded. If the Winning Payment is €150 or less, the full amount will be refunded. The Beneficiary may use the Gift at any time, in any transaction at their discretion, provided that Snappi's Terms and Conditions of Transactions are met.
Each Eligible Bill is considered a separate entry in the draw. There is no limit to the number of Eligible Bills a user can make during the relevant month. All Eligible Bills are considered in the draw for that month and each has an equal chance of being drawn, regardless of the amount, i.e. a higher bill amount does not increase the chance of being drawn.
The winners of the Contest will be notified by Snappi via a personal email to the email address they used to create their Snappi account or any other appropriate means (e.g., SMS, Viber, to the phone number they provided during the Digital Onboarding process). Snappi will credit the corresponding amount to the Beneficiary's account within a reasonable time.
Participation does not imply or guarantee in any way the draw of a winner or the awarding of the Prize, which is awarded exclusively and only if the conditions of these Terms and Conditions are met and the client is selected as the Beneficiary.
Each client may become a Beneficiary more than once within the same month and in general during the Duration of the Contest.
Snappi reserves the right to modify the activation mechanism and the process of awarding the Gift, informing the Beneficiaries in a timely manner by amending these Terms.

It is clarified that:

8.1 It does not matter whether registration on the "Lucky Bills" participation form is made before or upon payment of the Eligible Bill, in order for the latter to be counted in the draw. All bill payments made in accordance with the above are counted in the following month's draw, after the client has registered on the entry form.

8.2. Payments of RF bills in a non-Eligible Category, i.e. in a category other than those mentioned above in A.1.2., do not participate in the draw, even if the relevant bill is registered by mistake in the participation form.

8.3. Payments not made using the eligible methods listed in paragraph A.1.2. will not be included in the draw procedure, even if the client has registered with the special "Lucky Bills" form.

8.4. Clients who make RF bill payments before or after the Contest Period are not eligible for the Gift.

8.5. Clients who have not registered on the special "Lucky Bills" form in the period preceding the month in which the draw takes place are not eligible for the Gift.

8.6. If a payment is canceled/reversed/charged back, it will be considered ineligible and (if a refund has already been credited) Snappi reserves the right to reverse the charge by debiting the client's account.

8.7. Clients who complete the Digital Onboarding process after the end of the Period of the Contest are not eligible (nor able to participate) to the Contest. This includes those who already have a Snappi Account but do not complete any additional identification actions requested by Snappi.

DURATION OF THE CONTEST

The required actions and participation in the Contest are applicable from January 21, 2026 (00:01 Greek time) to December 31, 2026 (23:59 Greek time) (" Duration of the Contest"). Snappi reserves the right, but is not obligated, to change the Duration of the Contest by giving prior notice to the Beneficiaries through the amendment of these Contest Terms and by announcing the amended duration through its channels through its own means and/or any other appropriate means.

RESTRICTIONS
Snappi reserves the right to evaluate as ineligible any person who has attempted unsuccessfully or contrary to these Terms to participate in the Contest and not to award the Gift for any reason (e.g. if there is pending information regarding the successful completion of the identification and registration process in accordance with Snappi's procedure, e.g. verification of information), illegal or unconventional use of the Snappi application and/or the special participation form is detected or suspected, or the person attempting to participate in the Contest does not comply with the Contest Terms and Conditions or Snappi's Terms and Conditions of Transactions. The same applies in the event of force majeure affecting Snappi.
In the event of force majeure, security reasons, or other circumstances beyond Snappi's control, Snappi may and is entitled NOT to offer the Gift, in which case it shall be released from any liability and shall not be obliged to offer alternative gifts of any form or value.
CONDITIONS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

This section contains information about the collection of your personal data and their processing for the purposes of conducting the Contest and awarding the Gift. Please also refer to our Privacy Policy, which is posted on our website, and which applies in addition to these terms.
Recipients of your data will only be SNAPPI's authorized partners, which assist in the implementation of the Contest (e.g. cloud hosting provider, marketing provider, social media manager, etc.) Your personal data will be processed exclusively for the purpose of executing and implementing the Contest and your guidance for obtaining the Gift. The personal data of the participating persons will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area. SNAPPI takes all appropriate technical and organizational measures, as defined in the applicable legislation, to ensure an appropriate level of protection for the personal data of participants.
Snappi processes the transaction and usage data of the Snappi card you use and the contact details it already holds for you as a client for the purposes 1. Verifying the eligibility of your payments for participation in the Contest and for the awarding of the Gift and 2. Providing information and communication in the context of the Contest (Legal basis for processing: performance of contract). If you started but did not complete the Digital Onboarding process during the Duration of the Contest, Snappi will retain and process your contact details until 31/12/2026 in order to contact you to complete the Digital Onboarding process (Legal basis for processing: performance of a contract).
Snappi retains your payments data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Data related to your participation in the Contest and the awarding of the Gift to the Beneficiaries is retained in accordance with the above Policy (for the entire duration of our contractual relationship and for at least 20 years after its termination).
Snappi is responsible for processing your personal data for the purposes mentioned above.
Each participant in the Contest has the right of access, information, correction, objection to further processing of their personal data, as provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679 and Law 4624/2019) and the right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority (the Data Protection Authority): www.dpa.gr. To exercise his/her rights, each participating person may contact SNAPPI, at the contact details dpo@snappibank.com.
If you explicitly consent to this, Snappi will send you news and updates based on your consent. You can freely revoke your consent to processing for any of these purposes at any time. If you choose to receive news and updates from Snappi, we will retain the data you have provided to us via the participation form for the purpose of sending you news and updates from Snappi until you withdraw your consent. Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, and Snappi will still be the Data Controller. To withdraw your consent, you can contact Snappi by sending an email at dpo@snappibank.com.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

SNAPPI reserves the right to unilaterally modify these terms and conditions, to shorten or extend the duration of the Contest or to revoke it with prior notice by any appropriate means, to replace the Gifts with others of equal value at its discretion and in general to modify any term of the Contest by means of an announcement through the website https://www.snappibank.com/. SNAPPI shall be exempt from any liability in relation to the postponement or cancellation of the Contest and/or the draw or the aforementioned amendments thereto, which shall apply as set out above and, in any case, shall reserve the right to award or not award the gifts to the Beneficiaries, in the event that their purchases had been completed prior to the postponement or cancellation of the Contest or prior to the amendment of these Terms and Conditions of Contest for any reason whatsoever.
If a person does not wish to receive the Gift, despite fulfilling the conditions of these Terms, they may send a message to customer@snappibank.com with the subject line "Request to withdraw from the Lucky Bills Contest." In this case, his participation will not be taken into account.
SNAPPI is not liable in any way for (i) network, hardware and software disruptions of the participant's network and/or malfunction of the application of any nature that may result in limited, delayed or lost entry or any other problem or damage.
Snappi reserves the right at any time to exclude any participant who has submitted false or inaccurate entries or personal information.
In the event that any provision is deemed invalid, such partial invalidity shall not invalidate the entire Terms.
The Terms of Contest, as applicable, are governed by Greek Law. For any dispute that may arise as to the interpretation or application of the above terms, the Courts of Athens (Central Headquarters) shall have concurrent jurisdiction with the other courts competent according to law.
