What do I need to do to receive €26 in my Shell GO+ account?
If you are a Shell GO+ member, complete the form available at:
https://www.snappibank.com/el/shell
After accepting the campaign terms and clicking “Join now”, download the Snappi app from Google Play or the App Store, depending on your device, and open your Snappi account.
During the process, you will need:
Your eGov login credentials
Your ID card
Once you complete the account opening and make 3 transactions (minimum €5 each) with your Snappi Mastercard debit card, €26 (in discount voucher) will be credited to your Shell GO+ account within 10 business days.
Where can I use the €26?
The €26 (in discount vouchers) will be credited to your Shell GO+ account and can be used for Shell V-Power fuel at participating Shell stations.

Until when can I participate in the campaign?
The campaign runs from 23/07-31/08/2026.
After submitting the form, you must complete the Snappi account opening and make 3 transactions (minimum €5 each) with your Snappi Mastercard debit card, within 5 days.
If the process is not completed within this timeframe, you will no longer be eligible to receive the €26 reward in your Shell GO+ account.
I filled out the form and completed onboarding in the Snappi app, but I don’t see the €26 in my Shell GO+ account. Why?
If you entered a valid Shell GO+ card number when submitting the form and made 3 transactions (minimum €5 each) with your Snappi Mastercard debit card, the €26 will be credited to your Shell GO+ account.
Please allow up to 10 business days, from the date you completed the 3 transactions, for the vouchers to appear.
Also note that if you have already participated in another promotional campaign and received its reward, you are not eligible to receive the €26 reward from this campaign, as stated in the campaign terms.
Can I participate if I am not a Shell GO+ member?
Unfortunately, no.
This campaign is only available to Shell GO+ members, and participation is limited to customers who already have or become Shell GO+ members.
However, you can still download the Snappi app and open an account to enjoy a new banking experience and the benefits offered by the first Greek neobank licensed by the Bank of Greece.
If I sign up for Shell GO+ now, can I still receive the €26?
Yes.
Once you become a Shell GO+ member, you can complete the above form.
After you open your Snappi account and make 3 transactions (minimum €5 each) with your Snappi Mastercard debit card, you will receive €26 voucher in your Shell GO+ account.
I filled in the form but I get a message saying the code is not valid.
Please make sure you enter the correct 17-digit Shell GO+ card number, without spaces or typing errors, and try again.

Do I need to complete the form to receive the €26?
Yes.
If you are a Shell GO+ member and open a Snappi account without first completing the campaign form, you will not be eligible to receive the €26 reward in your Shell GO+ account.
Can I receive the €26 in Shell GO+ together with another welcome reward ?
No.
According to the campaign terms, the same customer cannot participate in more than one promotional campaign.
The reward you receive will be the one linked to the campaign whose form you submitted first.
