TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ACTIVITY
"Snappi BANK S.A." (Krystalli 7A, Ioannina, TIN: 801858330, hereinafter "Snappi") in the context of promoting its products and services, organizes a promotional campaign named “Snappi Account Opening Giveaway” , as described below (hereinafter referred to as "the Activity") which will be in effect from 17/03/2026 to 31/12/2026 and is aimed to Snappi's new customers (hereinafter “Customers”) in accordance with the following terms and conditions.
Before participating in the Activity, please read these Terms and Conditions of Participation ("the Activity Terms") carefully, which are also posted on the website https://www.snappibank.com/katevase-to-app. If you do not accept the Activity Terms, you should not participate in the Activity.
Α. ELIGIBILITY AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
1. Eligibility to participate in the Activity is granted to persons who cumulatively meet the following criteria and complete the following steps during the Duration of the Activity (i.e. from 17/03/2026 to 31/12/2026)(see term C.1 below) ("Beneficiaries"):
2. Are natural persons and are at least 18 years of age
3. Are tax residents of Greece and have full legal capacity
4. Fill in their details (mobile phone number and email address) in Snappi’s special participation form which is available in [Get the app | Snappi – Your new bank]
5. Become Snappi customers (i.e., open a bank account) between the start of the Activity Period until the end date of the Activity, i.e. successfully complete registration on the Snappi app (i.e., successfully complete the Digital Onboarding process), which includes verifying the details of prospective customers and ensuring that they meet all the conditions set out in Snappi's Terms and Conditions of Transactions. If, for any reason, Snappi requests verification of the application user's details, only those registrations in which the user has successfully completed all the required and/or additional identification and confirmation steps requested by Snappi will be considered complete.
6. Participation in the Activity requires and implies unconditional acceptance of all of these terms and conditions, even if they are modified in the future, as stated below, as well as the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use of the website https:// www.snappibank.com.
7. Any entry that does not comply with these Terms is invalid.
Β. DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITY & GIFT
1. Customers who meet the eligibility requirements of this Activity will participate in a random drawing to select five (5) winners, each of whom will receive one thousand euros (€1,000) (“Gift”) meaning that Snappi will distribute Gifts of a total value of five thousand euros (€5,000).
2. To receive the Gift, the Customer must, during the Activity Period, (a) visit Snappi’s dedicated landing page and fill out the entry form with their personal information (mobile number and email) in order to receive further instructions on how to download the Snappi app from the App Store or Google Play (depending on their device type) and complete their registration, and (b) successfully complete the Digital Onboarding process.
3. The drawing will take place on 15/01/2027, via an electronic drawing conducted using an automated selection system that ensures the randomness and impartiality of the process. The same draw will also determine the alternates in order of priority.
4. Winners will be notified by Snappi within a reasonable period of time following the date of the drawing, using the contact information they provided upon entry (for example, by phone or email, at Snappi’s discretion). Winners must respond within the timeframe communicated to them during contact.
5. If any of the winners cannot be located and/or does not respond within the aforementioned time frame and/or does not meet the requirements of the Campaign, Snappi reserves the right to select a new winner from the list of alternates, in order of priority, in accordance with paragraph 3 above. This process may be repeated until the final recipients of the Gifts are selected.
6. The Gifts will be credited to the winners’ Snappi accounts within a reasonable period of time after the drawing is completed and their details are verified.
7. Snappi reserves the right to modify the process for redeeming the Gift, notifying Customers in a timely manner by amending these Terms or via message (email, SMS, Vibe).

9. It is clarified that Customers are not eligible for the Gift if:
1. Are already registered Snappi Customers prior to the start date of the Activity, i.e. prior to 17/03/2026,
2. Have purchased a Snappi product or service (excluding the Youth Pass) at any time prior to their registration date,
3. They do not complete all the necessary steps to ensure their valid participation in the Activity during the Activity Period
4. They have not completed the Snappi participation form within the Duration of the Activity (it is not necessary to complete the form prior to Digital Onboarding or the crediting of the amount, as long as it is done within the Duration of the Activity).
5. They have not completed any of the actions listed in paragraph 2 within the Duration of the Activity.
C. DURATION
1. Participation in the Activity is possible from March 17, 2026 (00:01 Greek time) to December 31, 2026 (12:00 PM Greek time) (" Activity Period"). Snappi reserves the right, but is under no obligation, to change the Duration of the Activity with prior appropriate notice to Customers via announcements on its own channels/media, at its sole discretion.
2. Completing the participation form and/or downloading the application and/or registering after the Duration of the Activity has ended will not make the Customer a Benficiary and the Gift cannot be awarded to them.
D. RESTRICTIONS
1. It is clarified that the registration option provided through the Activity does not automatically render Customers a client of Snappi. Customers accept that if they do not meet the General Terms and Conditions of Transactions for registering as a new Snappi customer in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework and Snappi's terms and conditions as displayed in the Snappi application, they will not be able to complete their registration in the digital application or may be required to contact Snappi to provide any additional documents. Snappi reserves the right to reject registration applications during Digital Onboarding if the General Terms and Conditions of Transactions set for new customer registration are not met, as well as to reject any participation at any stage - even at the stage of awarding the Gift, if the Member does not meet all the Terms of the Activity, which are all considered essential. Customers must complete any process required by Snappi in order to verify their details and complete the know your customer process, even after completing Digital Onboarding. Otherwise, Snappi reserves the right not to award or to cancel the Gift. Similarly, Snappi reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to accept or reject any Customers’s application to register as a customer for any reason (e.g. if they do not successfully complete the identification and registration process in accordance with Snappi's procedure, e.g. verification of details), or if illegal or unconventional use of the Gift or details is detected or suspected.
2. Snappi reserves the right to deem any Customer ineligible and not award the Gift for any reason (e.g. if information is pending for the successful completion of the identification and registration process in accordance with Snappi's procedure, e.g. verification of details), illegal or unconventional use of the Snappi application is detected or suspected, or the Customer does not comply with the Terms of the Activity or the Snappi Terms and Conditions of Transactions. The same applies in the event of force majeure affecting Snappi.
3. In any case, Snappi reserves the right to offer alternative gifts of their own choosing. In the event of force majeure, security reasons, or other circumstances beyond their control, they may and are entitled NOT to offer the Gift, in which case it shall be released from any liability and shall not be obliged to offer alternative gifts of any form or value.
E. CONDITIONS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
1. This section contains information about the collection of your personal data and their processing for the purposes of conducting the Activity «Snappi Account Opening Giveaway» and awarding the Gift. Please also refer to our Privacy Policy, which is posted on our website, and which applies in addition to these terms.
2. Recipients of your data will only be SNAPPI's authorized partners, which assist in the implementation of the Activity (e.g. cloud hosting provider, marketing provider, social media manager, etc.) Your personal data will be processed exclusively for the purpose of executing and implementing the Activity and your guidance for obtaining the Gift. The personal data of the participating persons will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Snappi takes all appropriate technical and organizational measures, as defined in the applicable legislation, to ensure an appropriate level of protection for the personal data of participants.
3. Snappi processes transaction data within the application and the communication data it already holds about you as a customer for the purposes of 1. Verifying that you have completed the Snappi participation form 2. The general verification of compliance with these terms, 3. Providing information and communication in the context of the Activity (Legal basis for processing: performance of contract).
4. The personal data of the participants will be kept as follows: (a) in case the participants gain access to the Snappi application and successfully complete their registration as customers of Snappi, their data will be kept based on the Privacy Policy which they will have accepted by completing the Digital Onboarding, (b) in the event that the completion of Digital Onboarding for any reason does not take place before the Duration of the Activity (i.e. 31/12/2026), Snappi will retain the data of the Interested Parties provided by submitting the participation form in order to provide the necessary updates regarding the actions required to register the Interested Parties as Snappi customers, and no later than 31/12/2027.
5. Snappi retains your transaction data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Data related to your participation in the Activity and the awarding of the Gift are retained in accordance with the above Policy.
6. Snappi is responsible for processing the personal data you submit via the special participation form, as well as the data you submit to create a new bank account.
7. Each Client has the right of access, information, correction, objection to further processing of their personal data, as provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679 and Law 4624/2019) and the right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority (the Data Protection Authority: www.dpa.gr). To exercise his/her rights, each participating person may contact Snappi, at the contact details dpo@snappibank.com.
8. If you explicitly consent to this, Snappi will send you news and updates based on your consent. You can freely revoke your consent to processing for any of these purposes at any time. If you choose to receive news and updates from Snappi, we will retain the data you have provided to us via the participation form for the purpose of sending you news and updates from Snappi until you withdraw your consent. Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, and Snappi will still be the Data Controller. To withdraw your consent, you can contact Snappi by sending an email at dpo@snappibank.com.
F. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Snappi reserves the right to unilaterally modify these terms and conditions, to shorten or extend the duration of the Activity or to revoke it with prior notice by any appropriate means, to replace the Gifts with others of equal value at its discretion and in general to modify any term of the Activity by means of an announcement through the website https://www.snappibank.com/katevase-to-app. If deemed appropriate, Customers will be notified by Snappi via email, SMS, Viber, or through its channels of choice. Snappi shall be exempt from any liability in relation to the postponement or cancellation of the Activity and/or the draw or the aforementioned amendments thereto, which shall apply as set out above and, in any case, shall reserve the right to award or not award the Gifts to the Beneficiaries because of the amendment of these Terms and Conditions of Activity for any reason whatsoever.
2. Snappi is not liable in any way for (i) network, hardware and software disruptions of the participant's network (hardware and software) and/or malfunction of the application of any nature that may result in limited, delayed or lost entry or any other problem or damage.
3. SNAPPI reserves the right at any time to exclude any participating person who has submitted false or inaccurate entries or personal information.
4. In the event that any provision is deemed invalid, such partial invalidity shall not invalidate the entire Terms.
5. The Terms of Activity, as applicable, are governed by Greek Law. For any dispute that may arise as to the interpretation or application of the above terms, the Courts of Athens (Central Headquarters) shall have concurrent jurisdiction with the other courts competent according to law.
