TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE ACTIVITY

"Snappi BANK S.A." (Krystalli 7A, Ioannina, VAT number: 801858330, hereinafter: " Snappi") in the context of promoting its products and services, organizes the Snappi & Shell  contest as described below (the "Contest") in collaboration with CORAL PETROLEUM PRODUCTS AND CHEMICAL PRODUCTS S.A. (12A Irodou Attikou Street, Amarousio, North Sector of Athens 15124, VAT Number: 094472979, "Shell") which is addressed to existing customers of Snappi ("Customers"), in accordance with the following conditions.  Before taking part in the Contest, please read carefully these Terms of Participation ("the Contest Terms"), which are also posted on the website  [...]. If you do not accept the Contest Terms, you should not take part in the Contest.

1. RIGHT AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST

1. Eligible to participate in the Contest are those persons who cumulatively meet the following criteria and complete the following steps within the Duration of the Contest (see also clause C.1 below) ("Participants"): 
   1. They are natural persons and have reached the age of 18
   2. They are tax residents of Greece and have full legal capacity
   3. They are already customers of Snappi (i.e. acquire a bank account) within the Duration of the Contest, i.e. they successfully and fully complete their registration (Digital Onboarding) in the Snappi application, which includes identification of the details of the prospective customers and the fulfillment in their person of all the conditions set out in the Snappi Terms and Conditions of Transactions. In the event that, for any reason, verification of the application user's details is requested by Snappi, only the one in which the user has successfully completed all the required and/or additional identification and confirmation steps that may be requested by Snapchat is considered as a complete registration.
   4. They carry out, during the Contest, a transaction for the purchase of heating oil in the amount of four hundred euros (€400) or more, from specific Shell service stations, using a Snappi Mastercard debit card.
2. It is clarified that persons who do not meet the above criteria or who meet any of the following criteria alternatively do not have the right to participate in the Contest and do not constitute Participants:
   1. have started the Digital Onboarding process without completing any of its steps as defined in Snappi's Terms and Conditions of Transactions (e.g. they have not provided any supporting documents)
   2. They cannot complete their registration because they do not meet the Snappi Terms and Conditions of Transactions 
   3. They do not complete their registration with Snappi within the Contest Duration
   4. make their purchases in any other way (e.g. pay later) instead of using the Snappi Mastercard debit card
   5. make purchases on the Shell website or at service stations before or after the Contest Period;
   6. purchase a Shell product or service, other than heating oil
   7. make a purchase worth less than four hundred euros (€400)
   8. They make a purchase at a Shell service station which is not located within the cooperating stations. A detailed list of the cooperating stations can be found on the https://www.snappibank.com/el/diktyo-petrelaioy-thermansis/.
3. Each Winner is entitled to receive the Gift only once during the Contest and is entitled to only one entry in the Contest (see also B.5a below).

Participation in the Contest presupposes and implies the unconditional acceptance of all these terms even if they are amended in the future, as mentioned below, as well as the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use of the websitehttps://www.snappibank.com. Any entry that does not comply with these terms is considered invalid.

1. CONTEST DESCRIPTION & GIFT

1. Participants in the Contest will be automatically entered into a draw ("Contest") to select five (5) Winners. Each Winner will receive a refund equal to the exact amount paid for the purchase of heating oil from Shell ("Contest Gift"). It is clarified that the maximum amount that can be refunded by Snappi to each Winner is one thousand five hundred euros (€1,500), regardless of the total amount of the eligible transaction.
2. The draw for the 5 Winners will take place on 08/01/2027.
3. The Winners of the Contest will be informed by Snappi by personal email to the email address they have used to create an account with Snappi or any other appropriate means (e.g. sms, viber, to the phone number they have provided during the Digital Onboarding process). The Contest Gift will be credited by Snappi to the bank account held by the Winner with Snappi within 15 working days.
4. The Winner may use the Gift at any time, in any transaction of its own free judgment, provided that Snappi's Terms and Conditions of Transactions are met.
5. For the avoidance of any doubt, it is clarified that: 
   1. Each Customer is entitled to only one (1) participation in the Contest and is entitled to be declared the Winner only once (1).  
   2. Snappi reserves the right to modify the process of awarding the Gift, informing the Customers in a timely manner by amending these Terms or by sending a message (email, sms, vibe). 
   3. Shell does not check the eligibility of Participants or decide on participation in the Contest and the award of the Gift. 
6. In case the Customer needs further clarification, they may contact Snappi:
   1. for issues related to his/her participation in the Contest, registration in the Snappi application (Digital Onboarding), its use and the attribution of the Contest Gift to the details:

1. for issues related to the heating oil purchase and the cooperating gas stations in the details: through the Heating Oil Contact Form - Coral Energy   and by phone at 18330 or 210-2852071.

1. DURATION 

1. Participation in the Contest is possible from October 12, 2026 (00:01 Greek time) to December 31, 2026 (23:59 Greek time) ("Contest Duration"). Snappi reserves the right, but is not obliged, to change the Contest Duration upon prior appropriate notice to Customers through an announcement on its channels/media. 
2. Purchases made with a Snappi Mastercard debit card before or after the end of the Contest Duration do not count towards participation in the Contest nor for the return of the Gift to the Winners.

1. RESTRICTIONS 

1. The amount of the Gift is calculated solely on the final, net value of the qualifying purchases, not taking into account any cancelled or refunded transactions. In the event that, at any time, one or more of the transactions taken into account for the calculation of the Gift are cancelled or refunded or disputed/chargebacked, in whole or in part, or are found not to have complied with these Terms, Snappi reserves the right, at its discretion: (i) not to return the relevant Gift, if it has not yet been credited, or (ii) to recover, offset or recharge the amount of the Gift already credited and corresponding to the cancelled, reversed or refunded value, even after the end of the Contest Term.
2. Snappi reserves the right to evaluate any participant as a non-Beneficiary and not to return the Gift for any reason (e.g. if there is pending information for the successful completion of the identification and registration process in accordance with the Snappi process, e.g. verification of data), illegal or non-contractual use of the Snappi application is detected or suspected or the Customer does not comply with the Contest Terms and/or the Snappi Terms and Conditions of Transactions. The same applies in the case of force majeure on the part of Snappi.
3. In the event of force majeure, security reasons or other circumstances beyond Snappi's control, Snappi may and is entitled NOT to offer the Gift, in which case it will be exempt from any liability and will not be obliged to offer alternative Gifts of any form and value.

1. TERMS OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA 

1. This section contains information about the collection of your personal data and their processing for the needs of the Contest in order to enable the awarding of the Gift. Please also refer to the Privacy Policy, which is posted on our website and which applies in addition to these terms. 
2. Only Snappi's authorized partners who assist in the implementation of the Contest (e.g. cloud hosting provider, marketing provider, social media manager, etc.) will receive your data. Snappi's partners act on the basis of contractual confidentiality and data protection commitments.  The processing of your personal data will be done exclusively for the purpose of carrying out and implementing the Contest and guiding you in obtaining the Gifts. The personal data of the participating persons will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area. In the event of a transfer outside the EEA, this will be carried out in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR and with appropriate safeguards. Snappi takes all appropriate technical and organizational measures, as set out in the applicable legislation, to ensure an adequate level of protection for the personal data of the participants.
3. Snappi processes the transaction data within the application and the contact data it already holds about you as its customer for the purposes of: 1. Verifying the eligibility of your transactions for the purposes of the Contest, 2. Checking the fulfillment of these terms in general, and 3. informing and communicating in the context of the Contest and the delivery of the Gift (Legal basis for processing: performance of a contract), exclusively for the above purposes. Your data will not be shared with unauthorized third parties other than the necessary service providers and the cases provided for in these Terms. 
4. The identification and evaluation process in the context of the banking relationship and Digital Onboarding may include automated checks for the purposes of fraud prevention, compliance with KYC/AML obligations and transaction security, which derive from the law, as presented in Snappi's Privacy Policy. In this context, the personal data of the participants if the participants gain access to the Snappi application and successfully complete their registration as Snappi customers will be kept based on the Privacy Policy that they will have accepted upon completion of the Digital Onboarding.
5. Snappi retains your transaction data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. The data related to your participation in the Contest and the performance of the Gifts are kept in accordance with the above Policy (for the entire duration of our contractual relationship and for at least 20 years from its termination, in accordance with the applicable regulatory and supervisory obligations of the credit institution). 
6. The controller of the personal data you submit for the creation of a new bank account is Snappi. 
7. Each Costumer has the right to access, inform, correct, object to the further processing of his/her personal data, as provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation EU 2016/679 and Law 4624/2019) as well as the right to appeal to the competent supervisory authority (Personal Data Protection Authority: dpa.gr). To exercise his/her rights, each participant may contact Snappi at dpo@snappibank.com contact details.
8. If you expressly consent to this, Snappi will send you news and updates based on your consent. At any time you can freely withdraw your consent to the processing for any of these purposes. If you choose to receive news and updates from Snappi, we will keep the data you have provided to us for this purpose until you withdraw your consent. Your personal data will not be shared with third parties, and Snappi will again be the Controller. To withdraw your consent, you can contact Snappi by email at dpo@snappibank.com.

1. OTHER TERMS 

1. Snappi reserves the right to unilaterally change these terms, to shorten or extend the duration of the Contest or to revoke it with its prior announcement by any appropriate means, to replace the Gift with others of equal value at its discretion and in general to modify each term of the Contest by announcement through https://www.snappibank.com/ website. If this is deemed more appropriate, Customers will be informed by Snappi, via email, sms or viber, or through the channels of its choice. Snappi is exempt from any liability regarding the postponement or cancellation of the Contest and/or the draw or the above amendments thereto, which will be in force as defined above and, in any case, reserves the right as to the awarding or not of the Gift to the Winners, in the event that any transaction that meets these Terms takes place before the postponement or cancellation of the Contest or before the modification of these Contest Terms for any reason. 
2. If a person wishes not to be awarded the Gift, despite the fulfillment of the relevant conditions, they can send a message to customer@snappibank.com address with the subject "Request for Withdrawal from the "Snappi x Shell" Contest. In this case, his/her participation will not be taken into account. 
3. Snappi shall not be liable in any way for (i) disruptions in the network, hardware and software of the participant and/or for malfunction of the application of any nature that may result in limited, delayed or lost entry or any other problem or damage. 
4. Snappi reserves the right at any time to exclude any participating person who has submitted false or inaccurate entries or personal information. 
5. If any term is found to be invalid, such partial invalidity does not result in the invalidity of all the Terms.
6.  The Contest Terms, as in force from time to time, are governed by Greek Law. For any dispute that may arise as to the interpretation or application of the above terms, the Courts of Athens (Central Headquarters) have joint jurisdiction with the other courts competent according to the law.
