What do I need to do to get the reward?
Fill in the form with your name, mobile, email, and AB Plus card number. Then, download the Snappi app, open your account and make 1 transaction (minimum €10) using your Snappi Mastercard debit card within 5 days. Once all steps are completed, your AB Plus card will be credited with points of €24 within 10 working days.
Where can I use the reward?
You can redeem it in any AB store or on ab.gr.
Until when can I join the promotion?
The promotion is valid from 05/08/2026–30/09/2026.
During this period, you can register through the participation form.
From the moment you sign up, you must complete the opening of your Snappi account and make 1 transaction (minimum €10) using your Snappi Mastercard debit card within 5 days.
If the account opening and the eligible transaction is not completed within 5 days, you will unfortunately lose your eligibility for the reward points (equivalent to €24) on your AB card.
⚠️ Note: If you opened a Snappi account before the start of the promotion (i.e., before 10/07/2026), you are not eligible for the reward.
I opened my Snappi account but I don’t see the reward yet. Why?
If you entered a valid AB Plus card number, opened your Snappi account and made 1 transaction (minimum €10) using your Snappi Mastercard debit card, your points of €24 will appear within 10 working days of completing your Snappi account.
👉 To make your points visible in your account, you need to complete one transaction with your AB Plus card.
Additionally, if you have already participated in the “CU List” or “Public Wallet” or “PAS GIANNINA” or “Freenow” or “Shell” or “Oasa” or “Goodys” or “Everest” promotional campaign and have received the reward from one of these parallel campaigns, you are not eligible for the AB points reward.
Can I join if I don’t have an AB Plus card?
No. The offer is only for AB Plus cardholders. However, you can still download the Snappi app and enjoy all the benefits of Greece’s first licensed neobank.
If I get an AB Plus card now, can I still participate?
Yes. Once you have your AB Plus card, you can register through the form, open a Snappi account, and receive €24.
The form says my card number is not valid. What should I do?
Double-check you entered the 13-digit AB Plus card number correctly (no spaces). If the issue continues, contact Snappi 24/7 at 210 483 8000 or customer@snappibank.com.
Is it necessary to register through the AB List form to get the reward?
Yes. Without registering through the AB List form, you won’t receive the points (equal with €24).
Can I get both the CU List reward and the €24 from AB or the "Shell" reward etc?
No. Each customer can only participate in one promotion. The reward will be linked to the first promotion you registered for.
