Who can participate in the activity?
The activity is available to new Snappi users who complete the form, successfully open a Snappi account and add at least €25 during the campaign period.
How do I qualify for the Freenow gift?
To qualify, you need to:
- Fill in the promotional form.
- Download the Snappi app and open your account within 5 days.
- Add at least €25 to your Snappi account using any method you prefer.
Do I need to add the €25 in one transaction?
No. You can add the €25 in one or multiple transactions, as long as the total amount reaches €25 within the 5-day period.
What will I receive?
Eligible users will receive Freenow gifts worth a total of €25 (5 × €5 gifts for taxi rides).
How and when will I receive my Freenow gift?
If you are eligible, you will receive your unique Freenow gift code via email within up to 10 business days after completing the €25 top-up.
How do I use my Freenow gift?
Once you receive the code, you can manually enter it in the Freenow app until 05/09/2026 and use it for taxi rides within one month from the date of entry, and no later than 05/10/2026.
Is there an expiration date for the gift?
Yes. Redemption of the gift is subject to Freenow’s terms and conditions and must be completed within one month from the date the gift is entered in the Freenow app, and no later than 05/10/2026.
Can I participate if I already have a Snappi account?
No. This promotion is valid only for new Snappi users.
What happens if I don’t complete all the steps within 5 days?
If all required steps are not completed within 5 days, you will not be eligible to receive the Freenow gifts.
