What do I need to do to receive the reward in my Shell GO+ account?
If you’re a Shell GO+ member, fill in the form available here. Once you accept the promotion’s terms and conditions and click “Join now”, download the Snappi app from Google Play or the App Store, depending on your device, and open your Snappi account.
Make sure you have your eGov login details and your national ID card ready, as you’ll need them during the account opening process. Once you’ve completed one transaction of at least €10 using your Snappi Mastercard debit card, you’ll receive €45 in discount coupons in your Shell GO+ account within 10 business days.
Where can I use my welcome reward?
The €45 reward will be credited to your Shell GO+ account and can be used to purchase Shell V-Power premium fuels.

When can I take part in the promotion?
The promotion runs from 12 October to 31 December 2026. After submitting the form, you must complete your Snappi account opening and make one transaction of at least €10 using your Snappi Mastercard debit card within 10 business days. If you don’t complete both steps within this period, you won’t be eligible for the welcome reward.
Do I need to purchase heating oil to receive the welcome reward?
Yes. You must purchase at least 300 litres of heating oil from a participating Shell station before joining the promotion. Find the participating stations here.
Can I take part if I already have a Snappi account?
The promotion is intended for new Snappi customers. If you opened a Snappi account before the promotion started, you won’t be eligible for the welcome reward. To take part, you must complete your Snappi registration during the promotion period.
When will I receive the two coupons worth €45 in total in my Shell GO+ account?
You’ll receive two coupons worth €20 and €25, adding up to €45, within 10 business days of completing your Snappi registration, provided you meet all the promotion’s requirements.
Can I use the €45 reward for any purchase at Shell?
The coupons can only be used to purchase Shell V-Power premium fuels at participating Shell stations. To redeem the €20 coupon, your purchase must be at least €20.01. To redeem the €25 coupon, your purchase must be at least €25.01.
Can I use the coupons across multiple purchases or give them to someone else?
Each coupon can be redeemed in a single transaction and is personal to you. It cannot be transferred or used by anyone else.
When do my coupons expire?
The coupons are valid for two months from their issue date. Make sure you redeem them before they expire and in accordance with Shell’s coupon terms and conditions.
I submitted the form and completed onboarding in the Snappi app, but I can’t see the €45 in my Shell GO+ account. Why?
If you entered a valid Shell GO+ 17-digit code when submitting the form and completed a transaction of at least €10 using your Snappi Mastercard debit card, your reward will be credited to your Shell GO+ account. It may take up to 10 business days from the date of your qualifying transaction for the reward to appear.
Please note that if you’ve already taken part in another Snappi promotion and received a welcome reward, you won’t be eligible for the additional €45 Shell GO+ reward, as stated in the promotion’s terms and conditions.
Can I receive the welcome reward if I’m not a Shell GO+ member?
Unfortunately, no. The promotion is only open to Shell GO+ members. You can join Shell GO+ and then take part in the promotion.

Can I get the reward if I sign up for Shell GO+ now?
Absolutely! Once you’ve joined Shell GO+, you can complete the form above. After opening your Snappi account and making one transaction of at least €10 using your Snappi Mastercard debit card, you’ll receive the welcome reward in your Shell GO+ account.
I completed the form, but I’m getting a message saying my code is invalid. What should I do?
Make sure you’ve entered your unique 17-digit Shell GO+ code correctly, without any spaces or typing errors, and try again.

Do I need to complete the form to receive the welcome reward?
Yes. If you’re a Shell GO+ member and open a Snappi account without first submitting the relevant form, you won’t be eligible for the welcome reward.
Can I combine the Shell GO+ welcome reward with another similar Snappi promotion?
No. Under the promotion’s terms and conditions, each customer can take part in only one eligible promotion of this type. You’ll receive the welcome reward associated with the first promotion form you submitted, based on the date and time of submission.
What do I need to open a Snappi account?

The onboarding process is designed to be completed on your mobile phone through eGov. You’ll need your eGov login details and your national ID card. To complete the process smoothly, make sure your details are up to date in the National Register of Contact Details (N.M.E.P.) on gov.gr before you begin.
How can I enter the heating oil cashback contest?
If you become a Snappi customer during the contest period, all you need to do is purchase heating oil worth at least €400 from a participating Shell station and pay with your Snappi Mastercard debit card. If you meet all the eligibility requirements, you’ll automatically enter the prize draw!
When can I enter the contest?
The contest runs from 15 October to 31 December 2026. To enter, you must complete your Snappi registration and make an eligible heating oil purchase during this period.
How many winners will there be, and what can they win?
Five winners will be selected in a prize draw. Each winner will receive a cashback reward equal to the amount paid for their eligible heating oil purchase, up to a maximum of €1,500.
How will I know if I’ve won?
If you’re one of the five lucky winners, we’ll notify you by email at the address you provided when opening your Snappi account.
When will I receive my prize if I win?
The cashback amount you’re entitled to will be credited to your Snappi account within 15 business days.
Can I enter the contest if I buy heating oil from any Shell station?
You must make your purchase at one of the participating Shell stations listed here.
Can I enter the contest more than once?
No. Each customer is eligible for one entry only and can win a prize just once.
