What do I need to do to get €15 on my ATH.ENA Card?
If you are an ATH.ENA Card holder, complete the form available at:
OASA | Open a Snappi account, add €15, and get €15 cashback
After accepting the campaign terms and clicking “Join now”, download the Snappi app from Google Play or the App Store and open your Snappi account.
During the process, you will need:
Your eGov login credentials
Your ID card
Once you complete the account opening and add €15 to your Snappi account, €15 will be credited to your ATH.ENA Card within 10 business days for your future transportation.
Where can I use the €15?
The €15 will be credited to your ATH.ENA Card and does not expire.
You can use it for public transportation rides.
Can the €15 credited to my ATH.ENA Card be used directly for my trips?
No. To use the benefit, you must load it to your card by 31 August 2026, using one of the following methods:
- Through the ATH.ENA GO app (for digital card holders).
- Through the ATH.ENA Card app using a device with NFC functionality.
You can download the ATH.ENA Card app from Google Play or the App Store, depending on your device.
Alternatively, you can load the benefit:
- By visiting the nearest Automatic Card Issuing Machine and following the subsidy loading process.

Can the €15 credited and loaded onto my ATH.ENA Card be refunded to me as cash?
No. The €15 is part of a promotional offer and cannot be refunded as monetary value. The benefit can only be used for public transport trips.
Until when can I participate in the campaign?
The campaign runs from 11/03-31/08/2026.
After submitting the form, you must complete the Snappi account opening and add €15 within 5 days.
If the process is not completed within this timeframe, you will not be eligible to receive the €15 credit on your ATH.ENA Card.
I completed the form and finished onboarding in the Snappi app, but I still don’t see the €15 on my ATH.ENA Card. Why?
If you entered a valid ATH.ENA Card number when submitting the form and added €15 to your Snappi account (based on the process described above), the €15 will be credited to your ATH.ENA Card within up to 10 business days from the date you completed your account opening.
Please note that if you have already participated in another promotional campaign and received its reward, you are not eligible to receive the €15 reward from this campaign, as stated in the campaign terms.
Can I participate if I don’t have an ATH.ENA Card?
Unfortunately, no.
This campaign is only available to ATH.ENA Card holders, and participation is limited to customers who already have or obtain an ATH.ENA Card.
However, you can still download the Snappi app and open an account to enjoy a new banking experience and the benefits offered by the first Greek neobank licensed by the Bank of Greece.
If I get an ATH.ENA Card now, can I still receive the €15?
Yes.
If you obtain your ATH.ENA Card, you can then complete the form at
OASA | Open a Snappi account, add €15, and get €15 cashback and by opening a Snappi account & adding 15€, you will receive €15 in your ATH.ENA card.
How can I issue an ATH.ENA Card?
You can issue an ATH.ENA Card at Athens Public Transport ticket offices or digitally through the ATH.ENA.GO app. More info here

To issue a personalized ATH.ENA Card, you can:

Your AMKA number

Do I need to complete the form to receive the €15?
Yes.
If you are an ATH.ENA Card holder and open a Snappi account without first completing the campaign form, you will not be eligible to receive the €15 cashback on your ATH.ENA Card.
Can I receive the €15 on my ATH.ENA Card together with another reward (e.g. €15 from CU or €18 + 4 free deliveries from AB Vassilopoulos)?
No.
According to the campaign terms, the same customer cannot participate in more than one promotional campaign.
The reward you receive will be the one linked to the campaign whose form you submitted first.
