What do I need to do to get the €15 in my Public Wallet?
If you’re a Public+ cardholder, simply visit https://www.snappibank.com/public-wallet/ and fill in the form with your full name, mobile number, email, and your unique Public+ card number.
After you accept the terms and click Join now, download the Snappi app from Google Play or the App Store (depending on your device) and start creating your Snappi account.
Make sure you have your eGov login credentials and ID card ready — you’ll need them to complete your onboarding. Once your account is successfully opened, you’ll receive €15 in your Public+ Wallet within 15 working days for your next purchases!
Where can I use the €15?
You can spend it on purchases at Public stores or for online shopping at public.gr.
Until when can I take part in the promotion?
The offer runs from 15/10/2025 to 30/09/2026.
You can submit your form any time within this period, but make sure to complete your Snappi account setup within 5 days after registration. If you don’t complete it within that time frame, unfortunately, you’ll lose your right to receive the €15 reward.
I filled in the form and completed my onboarding on the Snappi app, but I don’t see the €15 in my Public Wallet. Why?
If you entered a valid Public+ card number, the €15 will be credited to your Public+ Wallet within 15 working days from the completion of your Snappi account.
Also note: if you’ve already participated in another promotional offer (like the CU List, AB List or PAS GIANNINA) and received a reward, you are not eligible for an additional €15 from the Public+ promotion, as stated in the campaign terms.
I’m not a Public+ cardholder. Can I still join and get the €15?
Unfortunately not. This promotion is exclusively for Public+ members.
But you can still download the Snappi app and open an account to enjoy a new kind of banking — simple, digital, and full of perks, from Greece’s first licensed neobank under the Bank of Greece.
If I join Public+ now, can I get the €15?
Absolutely!
Once you get your Public+ card from https://www.public.gr/page/publicplus, just fill in the form at https://www.snappibank.com/public-wallet/, open your Snappi account, and you’ll receive your €15 reward in your Public Wallet.
I filled in the form, but it says my code is invalid.
Please double-check that you’ve entered your Public+ card number correctly, with no spaces or typos, and try again.

Do I have to register through the Public List form to get the €15?
Yes.
If you open a Snappi account without first registering through the Public List form, you won’t be eligible to receive the €15 cashback in your Public Wallet.
Can I get the €15 reward along with another reward (like for example €15 from CU List or €18 + free delivery from AB List)?
No, that’s not possible.
According to the terms, each customer can only participate in one promotion.
The reward you receive will correspond to the first form you registered for, based on the registration date.
