TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE ACTIVITY
“Snappi Bank S.A.” (7A Krystalli Street, Ioannina, Tax Identification Number (TIN): EL801858330, hereinafter referred to as “Snappi”), as part of the promotion of its products and services, in cooperation with “HOUSEMARKET S.A.” (Paiania, Attica – Airport Commercial Park, Building 501, Postal Code 190 02), TIN 099757704 / KEFODE Attica Tax Office, hereinafter referred to as “IKEA”), is organising the promotional activity described below (the “Activity”), which is addressed to new users of a Snappi bank account (as defined below, hereinafter referred to as “Users”), in accordance with the following terms.
Before participating in the Activity, please read these Terms and Conditions (the “Activity Terms”) carefully. The Activity Terms are also available on the website https://www.snappibank.com/en/ikea-terms-en/. If you do not accept the Activity Terms, you should not participate in the Activity.
Α. ELIGIBILITY AND PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

- download the Snappi app;
- successfully complete registration on the Snappi app, i.e. successfully complete the Digital Onboarding process, including the verification of prospective customers’ details and satisfaction of all requirements set out in Snappi’s Terms and Conditions of Transactions, within five (5) days (see also Clause B.4) or within such other period as may be communicated from time to time;

- if a User has completed the participation form for another concurrent promotional activity, they shall only be entitled to the gift associated with the activity in which they first participated.
- It is clarified that persons who do not meet the above criteria, or who meet any one of the following criteria, are not eligible to participate in the Activity and shall not qualify as Beneficiaries:

- have started the Digital Onboarding process but have failed to complete any of the steps required under Snappi’s Terms and Conditions of Transactions (e.g. have failed to provide a required supporting document). In this case, the User may be eligible for the gift offered under the other promotional activity, provided that they meet the terms and conditions of that activity.
- The User is required to provide the same email address in both the participation form and the registration process (Digital Onboarding). Otherwise, the User cannot be identified for the purposes of receiving the Gift.
- By participating in the Activity, the User unconditionally accepts all of these Terms, including any future amendments, as well as the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use available on Snappi’s website (https://www.snappibank.com.), as described below.
- Each person is entitled to receive the Gift only once.
- Any participation that does not comply with these Terms shall be deemed invalid.
Β. DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITY & GIFT
- The Beneficiary (i.e. any User who meets the criteria set out in Clause A above) will receive, within ten (10) business days following both (a) the completion of their registration with Snappi and (b) the completion of their purchases in accordance with Clause 1.7, one (1) IKEA Gift Card with a nominal value of thirty-five euros (€35). The Gift Card will be sent by Snappi via email, following confirmation by Snappi that the User has fulfilled all participation requirements of the Activity. Snappi shall be responsible for correctly identifying the Beneficiary and sending the Gift Card to the email address provided by the Beneficiary. The Gift may be redeemed exclusively by the Beneficiary at IKEA stores and on IKEA.gr.
- In order to receive the Gift, the User shall access the dedicated Snappi landing page and complete the participation form by entering their personal details (full name, telephone number and email address), following which they will receive further instructions for downloading the Snappi app from the App Store or Google Play, depending on the type of device used, and completing their registration.
- Prior to proceeding with the registration process, the User shall be required to accept these Activity Terms. Failure to accept the Terms shall prevent the User from completing the registration process and, consequently, from participating in the Activity.
- The User must complete their registration, i.e. open a bank account and become a Snappi customer, and carry out the required transactions within five (5) days of completing the participation form or within any other applicable period communicated from time to time. Otherwise, the User will not qualify as a Beneficiary and will not be entitled to the Gift.
- Snappi reserves the right to modify the Gift activation mechanism and the Gift fulfilment process, provided that Users are duly informed in advance by amending these Terms or through a message (email, SMS or Viber) sent either by Snappi or IKEA.
- Each User may receive the Gift only once. The Gift is personal, non-transferable and intended exclusively for the respective User. The Gift may not be shared or used by any third party. IKEA shall bear no responsibility for any unauthorised use of the Gift Card by third parties.
- If a User requires further information or clarification, they should contact:
- IKEA, for any matters, requests or complaints relating to the use of the Gift, by email at cs.ecommerce@ikea.gr.
- As, under the agreed Activity mechanism, Snappi is responsible for matching Beneficiaries with and sending the IKEA Gift Cards to them, any issues relating to the non-receipt or dispatch of the Gift Card shall be the responsibility of Snappi. IKEA shall be responsible for matters relating to the use and redemption of the Gift Card in accordance with the applicable terms.
- Snappi, for any matters relating to the receipt of the Gift, the completion of the participation form for the Activity, or registration on the Snappi app (Digital Onboarding):
Through email: customer@snappibank.com
By phone: +30 210 483 8000.
- In the event of the loss of the Gift by the Eligible Users in any manner whatsoever (e.g. loss of the Gift Card), neither Snappi nor IKEA shall bear any liability for replacing, cancelling, reissuing or otherwise remedying such loss, and no claim may be brought against either of them on such grounds.
- It is clarified that a User who completes the Snappi participation form using invalid details will not be entitled to the Gift, even if they subsequently complete their registration with Snappi.
- It is clarified that, at the same time as the present Promotional Activity, Snappi is also running other promotional activities in cooperation with third-party partners, including, indicatively, Vodafone, AB, Goodys, Everest, Public, Freenow, Sky Express, OASA and Welcome Offers (the “Concurrent Promotional Activities”). If a User attempts to register for both a Concurrent Promotional Activity and the present Promotional Activity on the same calendar day or at a later date, they will not be technically able to participate in the present Activity. In this case, the User will be entitled only to the Gift provided under the Concurrent Promotional Activity and will not receive the Gift under the present Activity. If, despite these technical restrictions, a User is able to register for two such activities at different times or on different dates, they will be entitled only to the Gift corresponding to the Promotional Activity for which they registered first, and the Gift corresponding to the later registration will not be awarded. In any event, a User may not receive a Gift under more than one Promotional Activity.
C. DURATION
- Users participating in the Activity must complete the dedicated Snappi participation form available at https://www.snappibank.com/en/ikea-en/ and complete their registration, including the Digital Onboarding process, within five (5) days of submitting the participation form. The participation form may be submitted during the period from 2 September 2026 (00:01 Greek time) to 15 October 2026 (23:59 Greek time) (the “Activity Period”). Snappi reserves the right, but shall not be obliged, to amend the Activity Period, provided that Users are duly informed in advance through an announcement on its own and/or IKEA’s channels/media.
- Beneficiaries may redeem the Gift within thirty-six (36) months from the date of issuance of the Gift Card. The Gift’s expiry date and the terms of redemption (e.g. the services/products to which it applies) shall be determined exclusively by IKEA. Any Gift awarded to a User that has not been redeemed by its applicable expiry date shall be deactivated and may no longer be used, unless otherwise determined by IKEA.
- Downloading the Snappi app and/or registering as a Snappi customer (even where the User has not completed all actions that may be required by Snappi as part of the identification/Know Your Customer process) before or after the Activity Period shall not qualify the User as a Beneficiary, and the Gift shall not be awarded to such User.
D. RESTRICTIONS
- It is clarified that registration through the Activity does not automatically make a User a Snappi customer. Users acknowledge that, if they do not satisfy the General Terms and Conditions of Transactions for registration as a new Snappi customer, in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework and the terms applicable to Snappi customers as set out in the Snappi app, they will not be able to complete their registration through the digital application and/or may be asked to contact Snappi and provide additional documents, where required. Snappi reserves the right to reject any registration application during the Digital Onboarding process where the General Terms and Conditions of Transactions applicable to the registration of a new customer have not been fulfilled. Snappi further reserves the right to reject any participation at any stage, including at the stage of awarding the Gift, where the User fails to satisfy all of the Activity Terms, each of which shall be considered material. Users are required to complete any process requested by Snappi for the verification of their details and for the purposes of the Know Your Customer process, including any such process required following completion of Digital Onboarding. Failure to do so shall entitle Snappi not to award or to cancel the Gift. Furthermore, Snappi reserves the right, at its sole and unfettered discretion, to accept or reject any User’s application for registration as a customer for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, where the User fails to successfully complete Snappi’s identification and registration procedures (including verification of details), or where unlawful or non-contractual use of the Gift or the relevant details is detected or suspected.
- If the Gift is unavailable, Snappi may provide an alternative gift selected at its sole discretion. If force majeure, security reasons or any other circumstances beyond Snappi’s control arise, Snappi may decide NOT to provide the Gift. In such circumstances, Snappi shall have no liability and shall not be required to provide any alternative gift, regardless of its type or value.
- Snappi shall be solely responsible for verifying and confirming that Users meet all the participation and eligibility requirements for receiving the Gift, based on the data and transactions held in its systems. IKEA shall not be involved in assessing Users’ eligibility as Beneficiaries. Snappi shall provide the Gift in accordance with Clause B.1. The conditions for redeeming the Gift shall be determined exclusively by IKEA. IKEA shall decide at its sole discretion how the Gift will be provided to Beneficiaries, including the IKEA products and services against which the €35 amount may be redeemed.
- These Terms & Conditions of the Activity apply only to the requirements that Users must meet in order to obtain the Gift Card through this promotional activity. Once the Gift Card has been awarded, its use and redemption shall be governed by the general IKEA Gift Card terms and conditions.
- Snappi shall have no liability whatsoever for the validity, duration, expiry date, redemption or use of the Gifts, which shall be governed exclusively by IKEA’s terms and conditions and subject to IKEA’s restrictions. Similarly, IKEA shall have no liability whatsoever for registration in the Snappi app or the creation of a new user account, nor shall IKEA be involved in any way in assessing the validity of entries or whether the participation requirements of this Activity have been met.
- Purchases made at IKEA stores using the €35 Gift are non-refundable.
Ε. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING TERMS

The data is processed exclusively for the above purposes and is not disclosed to unauthorised third parties, except for necessary service providers and in the cases provided for in these Terms.
- Snappi processes the data submitted directly by Users through the dedicated website (participation form) created for the purposes of the Activity exclusively for the above purposes and does not share such data with third parties.
- The identification and assessment procedures performed as part of the banking relationship and Digital Onboarding may involve automated checks for the purposes of fraud prevention, compliance with statutory KYC/AML requirements and transaction security, as further described in Snappi’s Privacy Policy. Accordingly, where participants access the Snappi app and successfully complete their registration as Snappi customers, their personal data will be retained in accordance with the Privacy Policy accepted by them upon completion of the Digital Onboarding process.
- Participants’ personal data will be retained as follows: (a) if participants access the Snappi app and successfully register as Snappi customers, their data will be retained in accordance with the Privacy and Data Protection Policy (Privacy Policy) they accept upon completion of Digital Onboarding; (b) if, for any reason, Digital Onboarding is not completed before the Activity Period ends, Snappi will retain the data Users provided through the Activity participation form in order to provide the necessary information about the steps required to register as Snappi customers, and in any event until no later than 31 December 2027. Users’ purchase data will be retained in accordance with the above Policy for the entire duration of our contractual relationship and for at least 20 years after its termination.
- For the purposes of implementing this Activity, Snappi is the Data Controller of the personal data you submit through the dedicated participation form, the data you provide for the creation of a new bank account, and the transaction data relating to transactions carried out through the Snappi app.
- Each User has the right to access, update and rectify their personal data, as well as the right to object to its further processing, as provided for under the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Law 4624/2019), and the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Hellenic Data Protection Authority: www.dpa.gr). To exercise their rights, each participant may contact Snappi using the following contact details: dpo@snappibank.com.
- Where you have expressly consented to this, Snappi will send you news and updates in accordance with your consent. You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data for any of these purposes at any time, free of charge. If you choose to receive news and updates from Snappi, we will retain the data you have provided through the Activity participation form for the purpose of sending you such news and updates until you withdraw your consent. Where deemed appropriate, Users may also be notified by IKEA via email, SMS or Viber, or through IKEA’s other communication channels. Snappi and IKEA shall bear no liability whatsoever in connection with any postponement, cancellation or amendment of the Activity, which shall take effect as set out above. In any event, Snappi reserves the right to determine whether or not to award the Gift to Beneficiaries where their registration is completed before the postponement or cancellation of the Activity, or before any amendment to these Activity Terms for any reason.
- If a person wishes to withdraw their participation in the Activity, they may send a message to customer@snappibank.com with the subject line “Request to Withdraw from the Snappi x IKEA Activity”.

- Snappi shall not be liable in any way for (i) any disruptions to the network, or to the hardware and software of the participant, and/or any malfunction of the app of any kind that may result in a limited, delayed or unsuccessful submission of the participation entry, or in any other problem or damage.
- Snappi reserves the right, at any time, to exclude any participant who has submitted false or inaccurate entries or personal information.
- If any provision is found to be invalid, such partial invalidity shall not affect the validity of the Terms as a whole.
- These Activity Terms, as amended from time to time, shall be governed by Greek law.
