REFERRAL COMMUNITY DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS

"Snappi BANK S.A." (Krystalli 7A, Ioannina, VAT number: 801858330, hereinafter: "Snappi") within the framework of the Refer A Friend contest, organizes the promotional activity in the form of a contest described below ("Contest").

The Contest applies to Participation Beneficiaries (as defined in the following terms TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE ACTIVITY "REFER A FRIEND" - REFERRER | Snappi – Your new bank and Invitees who have successfully completed their registration process as Snappi customers based on the terms TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE ACTIVITY "REFER A FRIEND" - REFERRED | Snappi – Your new bank (each of them the "Customer") within the Duration of the Contest. Participation is automated, i.e. all Snappi Customers who meet the following criteria («Contest Terms", "Terms"), which are also posted on the website Referral Community Draw Terms & Conditions | Snappi – Your new bank, automatically participate in the contest to win the Gift. Participation in the Contest is subject to these Terms even if they are amended in the future, as mentioned below, as well as the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use of the https://www.snappibank.com website. If you do not wish to participate in the drawing, please contact us at customer@snappibank.com. Any entry that does not comply with these terms shall not be considered valid.

Α. DESCRIPTION OF THE CONTEST, CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION AND TERMS OF OBTAINING THE GIFT

Brief Description: On 14.09.2026 a random drawing will be held to select five (5) winners ("Beneficiaries"), who will win one of the following Gifts in the following order:
The first winner will win a discount coupon worth two hundred euros (€200) to be redeemed in the online store of the company "CRETAN AVIATION OPERATIONS AVIATION AND COMMERCIAL SOCIETE ANONYME" and the distinctive title "Sky Express",
The second winner will win the amount of one hundred euros (€100) which will be credited to the deposit account he holds in his name with Snappi,
The third winner will win a gift voucher worth sixty euros (€60) to be redeemed at the company's physical or online store under the name "ALFA – BETA VASSILOPOULOS SINGLE MEMBER SA" and the distinctive title "AB Vassilopoulos ... even the bird's milk",
The fourth and fifth winners will each win a gift voucher worth fifty euros (€50) to be redeemed at a physical store of the company under the name "CORAL PETROLEUM AND CHEMICAL PRODUCTS S.A." and the distinctive title "CORAL S.A." and the trade name Shell, (each of the above the "Gift").
Eligible to participate in the Contest are those who cumulatively meet the following criteria and complete the following steps within the Duration of the Contest (see also clause B.1 below):
The Participation Beneficiaries who have successfully established third parties who have successfully completed their registration (Digital Onboarding) based on the provisions for the Participation Beneficiaries in the terms of the Refer A Friend contest and until the end date of the Contest Duration.
Invitees who have successfully completed their Digital Onboarding in the Snappi application based on the Invitee provisions in the Refer A Friend Contest terms prior to the closing date of the Duration of the Contest.
Each Client is entitled to up to one (1) participation in the Contest.
Participation in the Contest is possible from 18.06.2026 (00:01 Greek time) until 31.08.2026 (23:59 Greek time) ("Contest Duration"). Snappi reserves the right, but bears no obligation, to change the Duration of the Contest upon prior due notice to the Beneficiaries by amending these Contest Terms and by announcing the modified duration on channels, through the same channels and/or in any other appropriate way.
The contest will take place on 14.09.2026 and will select five (5) winners ("Winners"). The contest will be conducted electronically, with a random selection from among the total number of valid entries registered in accordance with these Terms. Snappi may also nominate alternate winners, who will receive the Gift in case of cancellation or exclusion of the original Winner.
The Winners of the Contest will be informed by Snappi by personal email to the email address they have used to create a deposit account with Snappi or any other appropriate means (e.g. email, viber, the details they have disclosed during the Digital Onboarding process). Snappi reserves the right to modify the process of awarding the Gift, informing the Customers in advance by amending these Terms or by message (email, SMS, Viber).
Each Beneficiary can receive the Gift only once, which is personal, non-transferable and is addressed individually to the recipient of the gift. It is forbidden to share or use the Gift by a third party.
It is clarified that customers who do not complete the actions required to obtain the Gifts within the Contest Period are not entitled to the Gift.
The Gift is not exchangeable for money, it is individual and is addressed personally to the Winner.
Snappi is not responsible for any loss, theft, or unauthorized use by a third party. In the event of any loss or consumption of the Gift by the Winners or by any third party, Snappi shall not be liable for replacement, cancellation, reissue or other restoration of the loss and no claim may be made against it.
The Gifts provided for the first, third, fourth and fifth winner (i.e. the discount coupon and gift vouchers) must be redeemed by 31.12.2026 in accordance with the terms and conditions provided by the third parties.

Β. RESTRICTIONS

Snappi reserves the right to evaluate as a non-Beneficiary any person who has tried unsuccessfully or contrary to these Terms to participate in the Contest and not to return the Gift for any reason (e.g. if there is pending information for the successful completion of the identification and registration process in accordance with the Snappi process, e.g. verification of details); illegal or unconventional use of the Snappi application and/or the website is detected or suspected or the entrepreneur to participate in the Contest does not comply with its Terms. The same applies in the case of a force majeure subscription to Snappi.
In case of unavailability of the Gift for any reason, Snappi is entitled to offer alternative gifts that Snappi will choose itself. In the event of force majeure, security reasons or other circumstances beyond Snappi's control, Snappi may and is entitled NOT to offer the Gift, in which case it will be exempt from any liability and will not be obliged to offer alternative Gifts of any form and value.
In the case of Gifts issued by third party companies (i.e. Sky Express, AB and Coral S.A.), these will be delivered by Snappi as delivered to it by these companies and Snappi shall not be liable in the event of delay, non-shipment or non-delivery of such Gifts, to the extent that such delay, Non-shipment or non-return is solely due to third parties.
Snappi bears no responsibility whatsoever regarding the validity, duration, expiration date, redemption and use of the Gifts which are subject exclusively to the Terms and Conditions of each partner company, and are subject to the restrictions set by them respectively.

C. TERMS OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

This section contains information about the collection of your personal data and their processing for the needs of conducting the Activity. Please also refer to Snappi's Privacy Policy, which is posted on our website and which applies in addition to these terms.
Recipients of your data will be only Snappi's authorized partners, who assist in the implementation of the Contest (e.g. cloud hosting provider, marketing provider, social media manager, etc.). The processing of your personal data will be done exclusively for the purpose of executing and implementing the Activity and guiding you to obtain the Gift. The personal data of the participating persons will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Snappi takes all appropriate technical and organizational measures, as set out in applicable law, to ensure an appropriate level of protection for participants' personal data.
Snappi processes the data you have provided when submitting the Contest entry form as well as for purposes 1. your guidance for your participation in the Contest and 2. information and communication in the context of the Contest (Legal basis for processing: performance of a contract).
In the context of the implementation of this Contest, the Controller of the personal data you submit through the special participation form is Snappi,
Each Client has the right to access, inform, correct, object to the further processing of his/her personal data, as provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation EU 2016/679 and Law 4624/2019) as well as the right to appeal to the competent supervisory authority (Personal Data Protection Authority: dpa.gr). D. OTHER TERMS

Snappi reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Terms, to shorten or extend the duration of the Contest or to revoke it by prior notice by any appropriate means, to replace the Gift with others of equal value at its discretion and in general to modify each term of the Contest by announcement through the website https://www.snappibank.com/. Snappi is exempt from any liability regarding the postponement or cancellation of the Contest and/or the contest or the above amendments thereto, which shall apply as defined above and, in any case, reserves the right as to the awarding of the Gift to the winners, in case of postponement or cancellation of the Contest or before the modification of these Contest Terms for any reason.
In the event that any of the winners wishes not to be awarded the Gift, despite the fulfillment of the conditions of these Terms, from thier participation in the Contest they may send a message to customer@snappibank.com address with the subject "Request for Withdrawal from the Contest". In this case, their participation will not be taken into account.
Snappi shall not be liable in any way for (i) disruptions in the network, hardware and software of the participant in the Contest and/or for malfunction of the application of any nature that may result in limited, delayed or lost registration of the entry or any other problem or damage.
Snappi reserves the right at any time to exclude any participating person who has submitted false or inaccurate entries or personal information.
In the event that any term is found to be invalid, such partial invalidity does not result in the invalidity of all the Terms.
The Contest Terms, as applicable, are governed by Greek Law. For any dispute that may arise as to the interpretation or application of the above Terms, the Courts of Athens (Central Headquarters) shall have joint jurisdiction with the other courts competent in accordance with the law.
